Luxury stay near Santana Row for vacation/business

The room was good and convenient for my work trip.

Host was great and very communicative during our stay! Home was clean and felt very cozy!

The owner was super friendly! The place was perfectly clean, except the laundry was coin-operated and not very clean. We decided not to use the laundry. Otherwise the place was perfect and huge!

Convenient location, close to the Winchester mystery house and Santana Row. A bit loud cause of the freeway

We stayed there in June and it was a very comfortable stay overall. The unit had everything we needed. The host was very responsive to couple of issues we ran into and was prompt in answering any questions.

This apartment was reasonably close to Santana Row and the many restaurants there as well as the Winchester House. The owner was very prompt in responding to questions and concerns regarding the apartment and provided good advice for things to see and do, eat in the area. Overall, we had a pleasant experience at this reasonably priced (for the area) apartment that we stayed in for a SJSU graduation. It was convenient to I-280. However, the driveway is right on a busy street, so renters with cars must be very careful backing onto Moorpark Ave. The apartment was very clean, yet some things can be improved. When we arrived, there were no towels in the bathroom as the cleaning crew had locked them away. Also, there was no coffee available either free or for purchase and the kitchen faucet did not work on arrival. These things need to be checked before every stay but were promptly taken care of. The beds had cheap sheets and were not very comfortable. However, the a/c worked great and the tv was fine. The area has a lot of longer-term apartment dwellers and parked cars and trucks outside, as well as foot traffic. Not sure of the safety, but the lock on the door was secure. So, overall, we would recommend this property for budget travelers who wish to shop in Santana Row or get easy access to I-280. It was surprisingly quiet despite how close it was to the highway. Plusses outweighed the minor negatives.

Best location where close to one of best shopping area in city. Host is friendly and takes care of of guests as he called to welcome and ask for what guests need during trip! Very helpful when I need advise travelling the city!

The apartment was very comfortable and was a great place to get away and relax for the weekend. The rooms had comfortable blankets, beds, and pillows; the bathroom was clean and the shower was nice and spacious. The kitchen was fully stocked with a stove-oven, microwave, dishwasher, dishes, snacks, etc. The location was also convenient if you like to get out and explore cool things in the area. Definitely would consider staying here again.

The house was fantastic. Very central location to a ton of fun activities and restaurants in San Jose. The place felt safe and comfortable and having access to a TV and full kitchen was fantastic.

I just needed one night to cook and have my out of town stay for a night. It was comfortable and everybody slept well

The host sent me a text with lots of recommendations for the area. When we arrived the property was conveniently located on Sam Jose. Very clean and modestly furnished unit.

This lovely apartment was our home away from home for our 2-day visit! It was perfectly clean and comfortable. Location was quiet and we felt very safe. Owners provided information on activities and nearby restaurants. It was everything we needed. If I come back to the area, I would definitely stay here again.

Noisier than expected

Luong was so helpful and courteous to our needs, going above and beyond for a host! I highly recommend this property and host.

My child and I wanted to do a staycay. This place is so cozy. It's close to many kid friendly eateries, McDonald's, Subway, Dunkin Doughnuts. My son did not want to leave.

Very quiet neighbors, clean apartment, everything in good working order. This spot is a very convenient location to get anywhere in Silicon Valley. The only downside was heavy traffic noise from the nearby roads but ... that's what makes it so convenient!

Nice place, central location, good ac, great parking. Dont miss the Westfield Mall sounds crazy but it is very nice day and night and within walking distance.

Over all impression is luxury confort

“Luxury” is laughable. This place is in a very crummy neighborhood, furniture falling apart, paint peeling, blinds broken, and on and on. It was located near restaurants and we only needed a one night for a concert at shoreline.
