Luxury Spacious Penthouse Apartment

Our recent stay at this Vrbo house was fantastic! The host’s communication was outstanding—prompt, clear, and accommodating, especially when part of our group arrived earlier than planned. The property itself was a highlight, beautifully appointed like something out of a design magazine, with high-quality finishes and tasteful decor. The only minor hiccup was a slightly tricky key lock box, but we managed to get it open. I’d happily stay here again and highly recommend it for anyone visiting the Dublin area!

Kitchen had just what we needed. The location was great, we could walk to the grocery and even to the catch the train into Dublin.Great view .Happy we stayed in Bray and used it as our base .The host was terrific!

Wonderful apartment that made our large family vacation a pleasure from start to finish. Located in beautiful Bray, allowing for many adventures and hiking away from Dublin.Note that it is about an hour by train into downtown Dublin - this wasn’t totally clear from the listing.

We wanted to stay in Wicklow County for three weeks and chose Bray. It's a seaside town with everything you might need. The flat is close to downtown and is fully stocked. There are 3 flights of stairs to walk up to it, but posed no problem to us. Jonathan is always available to help. The beds are not U.S. King size but just big enough and very comfortable. There are plenty of grocery store bags for shopping in the kitchen drawers. We loved Bray and our favorite restaurant The Wild Goose. I highly recommend. Its easy to get to other seaside towns on the Dart.

Jonathan’s apartment was fantastic- it had everything we needed, the layout of the apartment was great, location, very convenient, and Jonathan was ready to answer. Any questions we had. It was a very comfortable 2 1/2 weeks!

Inside - everything you need for a great stay, comfortable beds, great water pressure, reliable wi-fi, and plenty of room to spread out The location is a great choice. Bray itself has all the services you need in walking distance, terrific connections via mass transit in to Dublin, easy access to a great variety of day trips, and a lovely seafront for morning and evening strolls or a hike up Bray head. Jonathan made our check in/check out process very easy and was easy to communicate with before and during our stay, (including reminding us of the note in the listing that there are a fair number of stairs to navigate, if that is a concern) The only surprises were good ones.

This unit is a five star Adventure. The pictures can’t begin to portray its true beauty. The location is the best, safe secure and excellent parking. Within a short walk to a grocery store, Starbucks, McDonalds, Bus and Train Station, Fresh Markets and much more. Spend a day or two in the Bray promenade. Fantastic dinning.

What a cool, well-equipped, luxurious appartment. Our host Jonathan has helped with every question we had and we felt very welcome. Our daughter loved the upstairs bedroom with porthole and lovely bed. Would love to come back!

This property was exactly as advertised. Jonathan did the best job explaining the entry process. We arrived exhausted after flight, but the Maltings was a warm and inviting space to come in to. The bedrooms, the bathrooms, the kitchen and living rooms were as comfortable as they were beautiful. Jonathan was very helpful and shared so much information from the workings of the apartment, to where to eat and shop in Bray and beyond. It definitely made our vacation that much better knowing that we had a nice place to come back to at the end of the day. Thanks Jonathan!

This property is an absolute 5 star experience. The owner Jonathan communicated with us before, during, and after our stay to ensure total satisfaction. The apartment is LOVELY. The bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious and comfortable and the living room/kitchen space was equipped with every amenity imaginable. The location is fantastic as it is situated in the lovely coastal town of Bray but so accessible to Dublin via the picturesque 35 minute train ride (the trains depart every 5-10 minutes, super convenient). We had the most amazing time!!!
