Spacious and bright ground floor apartment, with free parking, located less than 15 minutes walk from the City Centre. With amazing views of the River Ness, Harbour and Kessock Bridge. 

The apartment has two bedrooms, one of which is en-suite. The living area is open plan with a lounge, dining and kitchen area, as well as a terrace over-looking the River Ness. The apartment is a perfect base for exploring Inverness, the Highlands and the NC500. Free WIFI is available throughout the apartment. The lounge, dining, and kitchen area are open plan, very spacious and great for relaxing while enjoying the view. 

The lounge area is furnished with a large powder pink velvet sofa and two grey occasional chairs, complimented by marble side tables. There is also a large screen smart TV with Netflix. The dining area consists of a glass dining table with six grey button back chairs and a five light chandelier. 

The kitchen has a dishwasher, washing machine, oven, hob, and fridge/freezer. The terrace is off the lounge area, and overlooks the River Ness, with views of the Kessock Bridge. It's great for having breakfast, or some champagne while enjoying the waterfront views. The apartment has binoculars so you can take full advantage of your surroundings. 

The master bedroom has been tastefully decorated, with a kingsize bed and memory foam mattress. The master benefits from it's own en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower. The second bedroom has been decorated using neutral colours, this bedroom has a kingsize bed and memory foam mattress. Directly across the hall there is a separate bathroom. 

The apartment also benefits from free parking. The apartment is less than 15 minutes walk to the city centre and Inverness bus/train station.

    Great place, location, hospitality - nice facility, great hospitality from George, and a nice location right on the river and close to the city center by foot or bus. Hard to beat! I’d stay here again in a minute!

    Very clean, well appointed, spacious apartment just outside the town center, with ample parking just outside the apartment building. The location gave easy access to the north side of the river and to the busy central district. Would definitely stay here in the future.

    My friend and I stayed 2 nights in this immaculate, comfortable, spacious, light and airy place. Big kitchen, walking access to restaurants and downtown, and easy parking were all a great plus. George was a responsive host, and we were very happy with our choice.

    We really enjoy our stay here. All was good! Clean, roomy, and right on the water. It's about a 20 minute walk from city center, bus, and train. Would stay there again!

    Well appointed 2 bed/2bath unit in a quiet section of Inverness. The unit is complete with a full service kitchen and a comfortable lounge/dining area. Very clean, easy to get into and the owner responds promptly to all communications. We would definitely stay again if in the area. Thank you George
