Stayed Jul 16, 2022We had a wonderful stay in Ara Nova at Patrizios appartment. The communication regarding booking, arrival and all other things has been easy, and Patrizio is the perfect host. Wants to help in any way he Can! The appartment is perfect, you got everything you need. The terrace with the pool is beautiful and really all you need for the perfect vacation! The lovely bistro and gelateria downstairs makes you feel right at home and part of the neighbourhood. There is amazing food and lovely icecream and dessert. Patrizio is happy to help reserve a table if you need it. Transport to the airport can also be arranged by patrizio Our family had a wonderful vacation and is highly recommending this appartment. We look forward to come back

Stayed Jun 29, 2022many thanks to the hosts. We spend a great time in a awesome apartment. the hosts are verry attentiv and always helpful. The apartment ist close to the beach (15 Minuts with car). Also Roma is not so far, within 30 Minutes you can visit this nice City.

Stayed Jul 25, 2018We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment is very high spec, extremely comfortable and well furnished. The roof terrace is beautiful, great spot for sunbathing and the pool is perfect. Also a lovely shaded area with a large table for lunch. There is a coffee bar and ice cream shop right downstairs too and several restaurants within walking distance. Patrizio, the owner, was available anytime. He checked us in and out, personally explaining everything about the property. He even went out of his way to book us in to some local restaurants, making sure we got great tables. Couldn’t have asked for more from him.
