Stayed Jul 5, 2025My daughter and I spent a wonderful 4 days at CASA Pinolli . The apartment was perfect. Very central, spotlessly clean, modern and very comfortable. Lucca itself is a magical place and we would love to return again soon. Nothing all was perfect !

Stayed May 26, 2025The location was excellent... close to the center of the town, the historic wall, restaurants, shopping, and local activities such as craft and antique fairs. As for the apartment itself...it had all the amenities that one would need for a short or extended stay. Although close to the heart of the town, the apartment itself was not affected by the everyday hustle and bustle. For us it was a 10 out of 10...We would highly recommend it. A full-length mirror would be a nice addition to the apartment.

Stayed Nov 18, 2024Casa Pinoli was lovely and beautifully finished. Everyone was a delight to work with. We enjoyed our stay in this elegant building. Chiara was helpful and made us feel welcome. The couch on the photos had throw pillows. In reality none were there. They would have been helpful as the couch was uncomfortable without them. Also, it would have been great to have measuring spoons and measuring cups in the kitchen.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969We really liked the location of the flat in the Center of Lucca! The apartment was really clean and the beds were very comfortable. We also liked the air condition in every room! We missed a full-length mirror and enough toilet paper. The Teflon pans were all scratched, so unfortunately you couldn’t use them. Also we missed some dishwashing liquid.

Stayed Jul 19, 2023Mrs Chiara made the booking experience a pleasure. She met us at the property when we arrived and her office checked in with us throughout our stay. The apartment was a perfect size for 2-4 persons and was equipped as needed. Lucca was a delightful area for us to use as our base to visit other attractions in the area and the apartment was only a short jaunt to the train station. Will definitely recommend to friends and family who may be considering Lucca as their destination while in Italy.
