Stayed Jun 3, 2023New condo in newly remodeled building. Great concept with a bar, lounge and 2 eateries downstairs. Owner was very responsive and nice when we corresponded with her. Condo is a loft with one room plus very large bathroom. Furnishings were very nice and modern. Neighborhood is undergoing renovations of older buildings and is still early in the process so not many dining establishments within walking distance but certainly within reasonable driving distance. Community laundry which is just across the hall. Keyless entry made getting in a breeze. Would recommend if looking for a place to stay in New Britain.
