Luxury Loft Collection 01 - Terrace - River North

First off - This is a wonderful apartment in a great location. The river, Michigan Avenue shopping and good restaurants are all close by. The floor-to-ceiling windows (w/ motorized shades) fill the space with light. Space abounds - all tastefully designed. The deck has an amazing view of the Chicago skyline-especially at night! Nathan & Jake communicated well & entry staff were very helpful. All-in-all this is an excellent stay w/ only a few minor inconveniences to distract a little from the overall experience. Some of the walls were slightly damaged & there were some nail holes from missing art (hidden in a closet) The deck is huge for a stay in the windy city - w/ a firepit, kitchen, & multiple sitting areas. The sink wasn’t working & the grill was dirty so we ordered out (Zarella’s for Pizza). Early June is chilly but when we turned on the gas radiant heater it made noises & smelled so we quickly turned it off. Luckly the fire pit worked & we found a few blankets to wrap up in. It was a slight bummer we couldn't take advantage of the great views w/o wrapping up. The primary bathroom had a few maintenance issues as well –broken toilet seat, toilet paper holder fell apart & both shower heads leaked badly w/ no water pressure. These are all small issues but do distract from an amazing apartment especially since its on the upper price range of Chicago stays. Overall we highly recommend Nathan & Jake's place & hope the next stay finds these minor annoyances taken care of.

This was our third time staying at this property and we love it! The unit itself is spacious and has a fantastic view from the balcony. It's located on the corner of the building and there are not any tall building obstructing the view for a couple of blocks. So, you really get a nice vista of Chicago, with a comfortable place to hang out and a balcony fire pit to boot. The unit is well located with lots of restaurants nearby. The master bedroom and bath are next level. The other two bedrooms have bunk beds and can accommodate more people. For us, it functioned as a very comfortable second home and made the trip far more enjoyable. I highly recommend!

Nathan & Jake we’re such great hosts!! They were very responsive with my questions leading up to the trip, as well as providing all the necessary information for checking in & out - which was such a great & simple process! The parking spot in the building was an amazing perk, the location was perfect, and the apartment was BEAUTIFUL, exactly as pictured! The front desk staff were also great and super helpful. It is a great place to stay downtown for bigger groups! Couldn’t recommend more. Thank you Nathan & Jake!!!

We brought our six kids to Chicago for the weekend as well as our new DIL.. the space was perfect for our crew and the location to Michigan ave, river north and oak street was perfect. We hope to come back in the summer so we can enjoy the outdoor space

Incredible views of the city in an outstanding location! The outdoor patio was the perfect spot to sit with friends and soak in the sights and sounds of Chicago.

Unforgettable experience

Cleanliness was good but not great floors and rugs were a little dirty around the couch area. The host was easy to communicate with. The location was terrific. We loved the balcony and view. The stove burners had issue not all were working. The vacuum did not work.

This is our second time staying in this unit and it has been a wonderful time both stays. Our first time was a year ago and, thus, they were still outfitting the patio area. That area is now complete and was an area we enjoyed most evenings to unwind after a long work day. The entire unit is top notch, clean, and is an elevated stay compared to most rentals. Would highly recommend.

This property was amazing. Large…clean…designed like a picture out of a magazine. Location was perfect. Me and some of my closest friends slept overnight and enjoyed the location and Chicago. I never knew who beautiful this city was. The best amenities..personal elevator that let you off at the door. Too many things to list. If you want to treat yourself….this is perfect. I am definitely going to stay again real soon. People treat yourself. You only live once.

We rented this apartment for our family to celebrate our son’s graduation. It was the perfect place for us to be together, enjoy the city and each other. The outdoor space was larger than I imagined, and the indoor floor to ceiling windows allowed for a really special evening together. The owners were responsive to the minor things we needed, and always courteous.We would highly recommend this apartment.
