While we’re in a high-rise near an active volcano, ash and dust can settle quickly despite thorough cleaning. For families with toddlers, please consider this environmental factor. Events or parties

STRICTLY NO PARTIES. Our space is designed for relaxation and comfort, with permanent residents living in the building.

Building management enforces this rule rigorously.

Violations will result in a fine $1,000, plus additional cleaning costs.

Respecting building rules is essential—any disregard may lead to Airbnb being banned from our building. If you’re planning a party, we kindly ask that you book elsewhere. We want to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests.



Parking

Yes, one private secure ALLOCATED parking space is included on S5. Additional parking may be available upon request. For easier parking, we recommend a car under 5 meters in length.



Fee Breakdown & Fair Pricing

This apartment features 3 bedrooms, but 1 will be locked to store some of our personal items. You'll have full access to the remaining space, including 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a comfy sofa bed in the lounge.



Staying here will feel like visiting a friend's home— some of our personal belongings and pantry essentials are present, but we won’t be. It’s a lived-in space with a warm and inviting vibe.



While food and drinks aren’t provided, feel free to use the kitchen essentials like oils, salt & pepper, and sauces.
