Building management enforces this rule rigorously.

Violations will result in a fine $1,000, plus additional cleaning costs.

Respecting building rules is essential—any disregard may lead to Airbnb being banned from our building. If you’re planning a party, we kindly ask that you book elsewhere. We want to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests.



Parking

This apartment features 3 bedrooms, but 1 will be locked to store some of our personal items. You'll have full access to the remaining space, including 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a comfy sofa bed in the lounge.



Staying here will feel like visiting a friend's home— some of our personal belongings and pantry essentials are present, but we won’t be. It’s a lived-in space with a warm and inviting vibe.



While food and drinks aren’t provided, feel free to use the kitchen essentials like oils, salt & pepper, and sauces.
