Additionally, the property is a short 7-minute drive to Broadbeach, Pacific Fair, and Seaworld, providing you with endless entertainment options. • You are staying in a friendly and peaceful neighbourhood and we kindly ask you to respect the community and your surrounding neighbours. The following strict House Rules apply:
No loud noise between 10 pm and 8 am
No parties or antisocial behaviour
No additional people are to access the property without prior approval of Vacay Rentals
No smoking is allowed at any times
If you break something, please let us know
To help protect all floor coverings do not wear any shoes inside the property
• It is a private resident hence the Building manager or reception will not be able to assist you during your stay.
• Please be aware that excessive noise such as amplified music, vocals or screaming or anti-social behaviour in the property or common areas can cause neighbours to complain to us, the Building Manager, Council Rangers or Police.
• IMPORTANT: Any breach of the House Rules may lead to a $500 fine plus compensation for any cost/damage created and immediate eviction of the property.
• When checking out, we kindly ask you for the following:
Please leave all beds unmade
Please clean up your dishes and put them away
In case you have rearranged furniture, please put it back to the original location
Please take out the rubbish and remember to use the right bins
Please ensure all appliances, A/C and lights are off and doors and windows are closed
• The extra foldabe bed/ baby cot/high chair is only available on request at least 2 days before your stay.
• IMPORTANT - We reserve the right to request the reservation holder to present a valid government-issued photo ID upon arrival for Identity Verification and Anti-Fraud Measures as part of the Check-In process.
• Lock out during weekday business hours (9 am to 5 pm), we may arrange for an additional key (if available) at an extra charge of $ 50.00 AUD. After hours/weekends, a locksmith will have to be arranged which can cost up to $250.00 AUD.
• Lost or stolen keys may incur a $250 replacement fee including the change of lock and keys
• If excess cleaning/repairs are required (standard cleaning and linen is included in your price), such as Wall Damage, Color Stains on carpet need to be treated by professional cleaning, this must be applied to your account. The minimum excess charge is AUD $150. Please enjoy yourself and make sure you look after our property and follow the important booking terms and conditions.
• Please comply with the Body Corporate policy, the Hotel house rules and respect neighbours and staff during the stay. The Body Corporate / Hotel Security / Owners / Holiday Paradise take breaches of the policy&rules and other issues involving common sense seriously. The breach may result in the termination of the reservation for the property, removal of the Guest (s) and other occupants from the property. Kindly note if the guests are evicted, the guests will be responsible for the corresponding losses, penalty charges and will have to cover their own cost.
