Luxury Family City Center Apartment with Direct Ocean Views

Great apartment in perfect location to walk to all desirable spots, restaurants, harbor, shopping. The views of the water were incredible; very spacious, comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen. Also had a garage in the building for convenience when renting a car. Telma and Elias with the management company were great to work with--very helpful!

Better than expected!! Everything about this place was amazing. Property manager was so friendly and responsive. Walking distance to everything and the views are hard to describe and better than the pictures. We had such an amazing time!

I am not one to leave reviews often, but this apartment was lovely! It was a great size for our family of four. Each of our boys had their own room. The bathroom was large and accommodating. The view of the harbour was amazing! Bus stop #14(important for tours) is about 40 metres from the building door. Wonderful restaurants and bars are all just a short walk or scooter ride away. Terrific bakery is in the same building as the apartment. We could not have chosen a better location to stay. Property manager Elias and his wife, Telma both answered messages quickly when we had a question. Great stay! We loved Iceland!!

We love this location: it was our second time! It’s a beautiful apartment with all amenities. The owner is extremely responsive and accommodating and you can’t beat the view from the livingroom: we saw northern lights and whales. Oh yes- there’s a fabulous bakery downstairs!

The property was beautiful, exactly as advertised. Elias, the property manager was extremely helpful before and during our stay. I brought my Mom and Dad, ages 77 and 76, and they were able to walk to dinner and shopping with no trouble at all. I'd definitely come back!!!

I am a short term rental owner myself and could not have been more impressed with the location, cleanliness and absolute amazing service by the property manager, not to mention the beautiful views from both the living room and balcony. Location is amazing for walking to all the main shops and restaurants in Reykjavík and the property manager went above and beyond to help with anything we needed. GREAT place to stay and highly recommend!

The views and the location of this apartment are just fabulous! 9th floor water and Mountain views kept us staring out the windows while we discussed where to walk to for supper….and the supper options we could walk to were outstanding. The apt. had everything we needed, was well kept, beautiful and fit my family very well. Also our hosts were attentive, quick to respond, and very helpful. This is certainly on the list for a return visit!

Our family of 5 had a great stay at this condo. The owners were communicative and answered all my questions. Check in was seamless. The condo is clean, quiet, very comfortable, and in a perfect spot to explore the town. The view over the water made the space seem even bigger! We were even lucky enough to see the Northern Lights from the living room! I highly recommend this spot! Thank you for a wonderful stay!
