Luxury Downtown Penthouse with Private Rooftop!

Great place to stay, the apartment was clean, very convenient location. wish it had an elevator as carrying luggage by stairs was not fun :)

This is my personal experience/opinion and I’m not paid for my take. I will review based on a few criteria: space, cleanliness, location, amenities all on a scale of 1-5The amount of space is very generous but there are four full beds (think ikea frame) plus a bunk bed that was barely put together/ screws loose and wobbly. I would not say the stay wax luxury in any sense here. 3The location was maybe best for a visitor with a vehicle. Walking 20 minutes to and from city attractions was a bit much for us. The surrounding area didn’t have a ton to do but was decent enough to get lunch and necessities etc. 3Access was also a but of an issue. Lots of stairs and no elevator option. Would be a problem for older folks or limited mobility sine our unit was on the 3 floor. 3Amenities: the washer and dryer as well as roof deck were scattered around /throughout the building with confusing instructions. 3Bathroom was outdated, water pressure just acceptable, all furniture poorly made and not really matching/ stained/ poor quality. Though the common area/ living room got most attention/ photographs well but usability-wise the experience just ok. 4Glassware had stains and smudging. Old coffee machine and a hairdryer that sounds like a plane taking off the runway.2Overall better if you need a lot of space but I’d say more comfortable for 5-6 mx - not 10 as per listing. Would not stay here again myself for the fee/ proximity.

Great location! Very spacious. The rooftop patio was a nice feature. The free parking was a bonus.The beds were uncomfortable and the pillows were flat. The bedrooms need light filtering blinds.

Great location, comfortable beds, garage parking a plus. Amazing views from the rooftop. We would stay here again.

Place worked great for our needs.

The neighborhood location is perfect. Felt very safe and relaxed. The bike rental station is directly next to it. Making it easy to get around town. The home is very clean, beautiful views of Chicago. Plenty of space and beds. The private deck on the roof was amazing to go sit and enjoy.Having parking spots there at the residence was the awesome. Owner is quick to respond for any questions or concerns.

This was a great for a multi night place to stay for our family. It was clean and check in was easy to do. It had everything we needed. If we had a couple of more days we would have used the private rooftop as well. Very cool view! Getting a ride share to and from this location to downtown was also very simple. I would stay here again and recommend this apartment.

This was a lovely place to stay for our quick visit to Chicago. We have two adult sized boys, ages 17 and 20, so an apartment stay is easier than a hotel for sure. This property has plenty of room, was super clean (that's really important to me), and was in a cool location. We are pretty active, so we walked or biked most places, and there's a bike share hub literally a stone's throw away, so that was awesome. We loved the better than average vending machine and awesome rooftop, and the communication really could not have been better. My only complaint was that the parking lot across the street must be some kind of drop off location, because there were bunches of people - loud people - getting into and out of cars in the middle of the night (it didn't seem sketchy, mostly people maybe getting ubers? and being silly/happy?). It did wake my husband and me up both nights, but the boys, who stayed in the back, didn't hear it at all. Regardless, we would likely stay here again, just maybe with a white noise going:)

The location is great, especially having parking and not having to pay for it. The pictures do not do justice it's very spacious - there are even blow up mattresses in closets for more beds. Several food places within walking distances and a small market across the street. Communication was great as well.

The location was good for us being a spectator of the Chicago Marathon. Property and contents were outdated. Bed mattresses were way too soft & old as you would sink to the middle. Freezer was frosted over as we had to cut some of the frost away so the freezer door would shut. No kleenixes in the location, had to use toilet paper. Property was on the El so heard trains and sirens throughout the night.

Great place to stay in the city ! The rooftop is just wonderful to hang out on , after a long day of shopping . Would definitely book this place again
