Once you cross the threshold of the apartment you find yourself in a large open space dedicated to the living room and kitchen. In the living room there is a large designer table in solid oak with six chairs and a very comfortable sofa bed, as well as an ancient Sardinian chest and an even older carpenter's counter that reflect and recall the antiquity of the house dating back to 1800. Two 65-inch LED televisions in the living room allow viewing both from the sofa bed and from the large table

Stayed Oct 9, 2025First off want to say the host Ulyana was so hospital and went the extra effort to ensure a wonderful stay and wonderful trip in Cagliari. This place is a must in terms of how beautiful and unique the actual property is architecturally/design wise, very comfort and has every amenity you can need. Two wonderful bathrooms with stand up showers, bidets and ample sinks for getting ready (3 technically). Was able to do laundry once we figured out Italian washer/dryer instructions ha. Kitchen is awesome - we ended up eating out every day with the wonderful local dining but easily could cook and stay in.Bed was very comfy and the unit stayed cool and comfortable.Area is safe and very close to many historic monuments and steps away from a couple small cafes/bars. If you want an authentic and memorable stay - book this awesome flat! Grazie Mille Ulyana!!!!
