In the newly renovated building, your 2 bedroom/2 bathroom penthouse offers some of the best views in all of Chicago. The highly secure building includes elevator, rooftop/sundeck, full gym, lounge and is perfect for families traveling to Chicago, professionals visiting the city on worktrips, and everything in between.



The Space:

Located in a full-service building with elevator access and just steps from Michigan Avenue, Lake Michigan, and Wells Street, your penthouse loft apartment was professionally designed, sleeping up to 8 people and is perfectly situated for groups, families, and those traveling for work. Everything flows around the spacious and open living room and kitchen, featuring high-end cooking appliances and designer level finishes, which creates a unique environment for entertaining and gathering with your group.



Your spacious living/dining room combo is decorated in mid-century modern furniture and features a large sofa (which folds out into another bed), accent chairs, dining table for 8+ people, and smart 65 inch TV (Netflix, Hulu, Prime, etc. compatible).



Attached to the living area, the high end designer quality chef's kitchen is outfitted with high-end stove, oven, refrigerator and freezer, plenty of cabinetry, plates, cups, and cutlery in addition to state-of-the-art kitchen appliances including a Nespresso coffee maker, amongst others.



This one of a kind apartment comfortably sleeps 8 people and has 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The main bedroom with a king bed, full bath. The second bedroom has two full beds and a full bathroom attached. Lastly, the sofa in the living room folds into a full bed. Please note, while we allow 8 people to stay in this unit, there may not be 8 regular beds and allow our guests to figure out their sleeping arrangements.

We offer one free parking space in the parking lot right behind the building. There are ample parking solutions in the area should you need additional parking including secure garages.



Our units are made up fresh before each guest and their group arrives. Our professional cleaning service that we use on all of our properties do a thorough job of cleaning all areas, focusing on high touch point areas. Each bed is stripped and all sheets, pillow covers, and duvet covers are washed thoroughly after each stay.



To abide by all legal requirements and building security rules, you may be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check.

Please be advised that all guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:

Guest Access:

You will have full access to all rooms and spaces inside the unit, except for one utility closet. Temporary access codes will be shared 24 hours before rental commencement by email.

    I booked this place for my family to celebrate my moms retirement. This place was in a convenient location with option for parking, but over all i expected a bit more from the title and pictures of a “luxury designer penthouse”. my expectations were set a bit higher than what I was met with. someone was parked in the designated spot when we arrived so we had to call to have the car moved. the hallways were dirty in the rest of the building. when we got to the rental unit the door code they gave us to enter didn’t work. the pull out bed in the living room was uncomfortable because of crevices going down the middle and across the couch perpendicularly. the beds squeaked every time u moved in them at night. the heating didn’t work very well. it would work sometimes but mostly didn’t work at all and was blowing cold air. the back room was very cold, i don’t think that heater ever worked. there were 2 space heaters but it wasn’t enough to keep each room warm during the cold winter month. we also felt like we weren’t able to use the common areas of the building or have conversations/play music even at a low volume in the living room after receiving a reminder message the morning after our first nights stay not congregate in common areas or have parties or be loud because the tenants of the building are sensitive to the short term rental. wasn’t sure if that was because we had a noise complaint or not. no offense but i think this rental was overpriced for the quality.

    Awesome location, loads of options for bars and restaurants. Easy access to subway and supermarkets. Love being so close to the lake also. We’ll be back!

    We had a fantastic stay at this penthouse for our college reunion trip! The apartment was clean, spacious, and comfortable, and it easily accommodated our group of 9 thanks to the hosts’ flexibility in allowing us to bring an extra air mattress. The location couldn’t have been better - right around the corner from the Red Line and close to grocery stores, restaurants, and everything we needed throughout the weekend.Jake and Nathan were incredibly communicative and checked in with us multiple times during our stay to make sure everything was going smoothly. The check-out process was refreshingly simple, with no extra hassle or long to-do lists at the end of the trip.Overall, this was a wonderful experience from start to finish. My friends and I would happily stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Chicago with a group!
