Welcome to this luxury Lake Windermere Pointe condo in the heart of Invermere. Come stay at our beautifully furnished, fully equipped 2-bedroom + den condo to enjoy your vacation! Steps away from James Chabot Beach, and within walking distance to many restaurants, grocery stores, and downtown shopping. You will have access to Lake Windermere Pointe`s seasonal outdoor pool, hot tubs (one is open year-round) & fitness centre. One underground parking stall will be provided during your stay.<br>

LIVING ROOM
The living room features a smart TV with an Amazon Fire TV Stick. You can log into Netflix or any other streaming service you wish to use. The couch can fold down into a futon bed so you can get extra cozy while watching a movie.


KITCHEN
This is a fully stocked kitchen, with everything you need to cook even the largest of meals!

BEDROOMS
Each bedroom is designed for comfort. Every detail - from comfy room-darkening shades to high-quality linens - has been curated to ensure our guests enjoy a peaceful and comfortable sleep.

Primary Bedroom
Features a luxurious queen-sized bed, a private ensuite bathroom, and a giant walk-through closet. There is even a crib in the walkthrough closet, so your little ones will be nice and close.

Bedroom #2
This is a generously sized room with a queen-sized bed, dresser and closet.

Den
The perfect place for kids to go wind down, featuring 2 twin beds and another TV for them to relax. There is a privacy screen so you can block off this area when needed.


BATHROOMS
Each bathroom is stocked with essentials (shampoo/conditioner/body wash & a hair dryer) to help lighten the load for you when packing.

TOP-FLOOR BALCONY
Complete with comfortable patio furniture to sit and socialize. The propane grill works great all year.


LAUNDRY
There is a washer and dryer available for your use in the unit. Laundry detergent and dryer sheets are supplied.


PARKING
You will have access to a dedicated underground parking spot during your stay. There are additional visitor parking spots in the outdoor parking lot if needed.


PANORAMA SHUTTLE
The shuttle to Panorama Ski Hill runs 9 times per day in the winter months. It will pick you up at the Dairy Queen located just behind the condo complex. The first shuttle is at 9:10 AM. The last shuttle of the day returns at 10:45 PM.


CONSUMABLES
Please note that we provide a starter supply of consumables (toilet paper, paper towel, coffee etc.) but do not provide refills during the stay.


CHECK-IN/CHECKOUT
After booking, you will receive access to your personalized guest portal, with information on the property and its amenities. 3 days prior to check-in, you will receive detailed check-in instructions and directions to the property.

We have set up a seamless entry for our guests. There will be no reason to slow you down upon your arrival. Please do not hesitate to reach out if there`s something you need during your stay with us.

HOUSE RULES:
1. Quiet Hours are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. There is a noise monitor in the unit that will test decibels throughout the day.

2. Neither parties nor events will be permitted on the property. The maximum occupancy for this unit cannot exceed more than 6 people.

3. There is no smoking permitted on the property including vapes. Any proof of smoking will result in a $300.00 fee for odour removal.

4. Although pets are permitted on the property we ask that you please keep them off the linens and furniture. Any excessive dog hair or damage will be charged to the guest`s name on the reservation.

5. We provide high-quality hotel linens for our property and proper makeup removal cloths. Any stained linens will be charged to the guest.

6. Please know that there is no lifeguard on duty at the pool area. Kids under the age of 14 are required to be accompanied by an adult at all times. We also ask that you please refrain from bringing glass on the pool deck.

    Everything was great about our stay. Very spacious and comfortable. Enjoyed the patio even though the view would be better facing the lake. A couple minor issues that didn’t really affect our stay. Cooking pans were not the greatest but we managed. Also the master suit bath tub drain was not draining properly which again wasn’t the end of the world but should be addressed. Great location with pool and hot tub.

    By far the best place we have stayed in the Windermere Pointe condo buildings. Lots of room for 2 couples. The condo itself had everything we needed, even a wagon which we used to bring our stuff up into the condo. We used the pool both days after golf, which was nice, even though it was a bit crowded. We also walked down to the beach later in the evening for a swim before bed. We sat out on the patio after A&W was closed because the neon lights were off and it made it more relaxing. Nice amount of space to sit with 4 people.

    Easy stay. Across the street from mountain shuttle stop. Quiet building. Comfy beds. Hot tub was small and always full so we didn't use it. Otherwise the property is fine for visiting the area.

    We had a great time staying here again. It’s cozy and comfortable. We love it that the place is pet friendly and there’s an area to swim with our doggie (just a little bit away from the main beach, down the lake) Teenagers are happy with DQ and A&W and subway right next to the place. I especially wanted to say thank you to customer service team, all our questions were answered within minutes and we felt very supported. Thank you.

    This was a great condo for a family mini-vacation. The condo is a 5-minute walk to the beach. The kitchen is well equipped. The crib was particularly welcome. The only negative comment was the wooden screen to close off the den area. It is free-standing but not safe to use with little ones in the room (teens or older would be fine).
