The lower level is dedicated to rest and relaxation, with sleeping areas separated from the main living space for added privacy and comfort.

The property is located within The Green, an exclusive eco development overlooking Falmouth Golf Club in Falmouth, with easy road access and private off-street parking directly outside the property.

Guests will also have access to a private garage, ideal for storing beach equipment, bikes, paddleboards, or wetsuits after a day exploring the coast

Once parked, access to the property is via the front door using the secure lockbox system (full details and code provided prior to arrival).

Guest Interaction

This is a self check-in property, so you’ll be able to arrive at your convenience using the lockbox.

We won’t be there in person, but we’re always available remotely should you need anything during your stay. The Tinners Stays team are on hand to assist with any questions, recommendations, or support — before, during, and after your visit.

We aim to give guests complete privacy, while still being easily reachable if needed.

The nearest train stations are Falmouth Town and Penmere, both approximately a 5-minute drive or 20–25 minute walk from the property.
