Luxury City Escape in Ballston Steps away from the Mall & Metro!

Starting with the fact that the priperty liating states that there are no pets allowed. But once we get there we encounter a couchs and furniture cushions full of dog hair. This caused an outburst of allergic reaction to my daughter who is highly allergic to dogs ans cats. I reached out to the owner and he mentioned that the previous gest had dogs. So immediately we start with thw wrong foot, mainly because this situation almost sent my daughter to the hospital but also the cleaning of the property vas very poor. Then attempting to make dinner, we ran onto a very discusting airfryer. Full of grease ans food residues. Also open fruit containers in the fridge. Giving evidence that the place was not propertly cleaned. The bed frame in the master bedroom was not property assembled or perhaps not propertly fixed from previous incidents. The bar that supports the middle of the bed was missing 2 out of the 4 bolts that hold it toguether. As a result the med will make CRAZY noise and made the mattred cave in the middle causing my and my wife back pain and restless nights. On the third night looked into the framed and saw what i just explained. I fixed by interting pieces of wood chopsticks i founf in the kitchen onto the holes where the bolts are supposed to go. With all of this not being enough, the master shower was clogged. We showered with our bath wather almost covering our feet. Until one night the shower overflowed to the batroom floor and went down to the apartment below.
