Very quiet and secure location , yet within easy walking distance of many of the main London attractions - Buckingham Palace, Houses of Parliament, Big Ben etc.

Ground floor apartment with its own private entrance within a secure and private gated courtyard development. (Host also lives within the courtyard so can fix any problems pretty quickly) Apartment is decorated in a contemporary design style. Wifi Internet available free of charge.

All bed linens and towels provided. Toiletries provided.

It is very conveniently located within an easy walking distance to Victoria Station as well as Pimlico (6 mins walk), St James Park (8 mins walk) and Westminster underground (10/12 mins walk) stations. Nearest bus stop is 4 mins away.

The apartment is also just 10 minutes walk to Buckingham Palace and The Houses of Parliament. For anyone who likes shopping you will find great shopping on Victoria Street. The shopping streets of Oxford Street, Regent Street and Bond Street are only 12 mins. away using the underground. For the bus - You will find that you are only a few minutes walking distance to the bus that runs between Victoria and Waterloo. There are buses to most places from Victoria Station and Victoria Street. Although you have very easy access to everything, you are also situated in a very quiet residential area, giving you the best of both worlds for your stay in London. Guests have exclusive access to the whole apartment

    This is a great central location with everything you need both inside the apt. and in the neighborhood. Easy access to public transportation, buses turned out to be better than the Tube in most cases and it comes you get a see London on the ride and we loved the local pub The White Swan. Looks just like the pictures. Plenty of room to spread out.

    John was most accommodating from the time we booked. Very helpful with suggestions on transportat to the apartment. The apartment was as advertised and close to many attractions such as Westminster Abbey.

    Great location, nice size bedroom. Bed was quite comfortable. Host was very accommodating with letting us drop off luggage early. Conveniently located to restaurants. The bathtub is quite deep so if mobility is an issue you might pay attention to the pic to see if it’s doable. We really liked the unit and would definitely stay there again.

    The flat was a perfect location. The host was extremely responsive and helpful. Beds were comfortable. It was quiet. Excellent. The only thing I’d recommend is get rid of old oils etc in kitchen, also we ran out of dish soap. Other than that it was perfect!

    This property is excellent! Perfect location with great restaurants nearby (especially Grafton Arms and Barley Mow). Easy to get to the Tube and many attractions. John is an awesome host, and communication was great. The property is comfortable and safe. Would stay here again for sure!

    John is a great host. Communicates really well and has left a very clear arrival pack too.You are 2 mins from the Regency cafe for a fry up ( we preffered the Astral!). Place could do with a lick of paint and some some tlc but location more than makes up for that.Also Hackney cabs use a charge point at the end of the street about 200/300 yards away so there is always a cab too.We would 100% stay again.makes up for that!

    My 78-year old mom (with limited vision) and I had a wonderful stay for our first time in London. This comfortable and secure apartment was a welcome respite from the non-stop city. However, we were within walking distance to restaurants, pubs, a pharmacy, shopping, a theater and grocery stores. We used the nearby underground stations, bus stops, black cabs and Uber for further excursions. Communications and instructions for a contactless visit made our arrival and departure very easy. There are printed, detailed instructions for everything within the apartment and John is amazing at answering any additional questions.

    We enjoyed our stay at Coleridge Court. It is conveniently close to two Underground stations that can go to almost anywhere in London quickly. Coincidentally, cab drivers gather two blocks from the apartment for coffee and cab recharging. One can pop down and have a cab almost immediately. Easy walking distance to great pubs/ restaurants, groceries and shopping. Apartment is comfortable and quiet Acceptable furnishings. If I were to make a recommendation, it would be to invest in piĺlows with some life left in them and add face flannels to the bathroom. Some of the kitchen utensils are in need of replacement. It would be nice to have enough laundry soap available for a few loads. Thank you for your kind hospitality.

    Our family had a wonderful time at this little gem! It’s not fancy by any means, but you can’t beat the location! Bed was not super comfortable, and parking was tough but otherwise it worked great for us being able to walk to the beach and Belmont Park.

    If you are looking for a clean flat in Westminster for a short visit, this is it! This is a great option for a family or group of four. Having a kitchen was nice, too. Quiet neighborhood.

    The apartment was lovely, had everything it needed, even a fan which was wonderful given the especially warm days this week. The host, John, went above and beyond by giving me directions from the train station. Really appreciated his specific details. Would highly recommend.

    In short great location, good flat and John is very good at communicating. The first two nights were fine. The third night the flat above us started drilling and stomping on the floor, basically doing renos at midnight. At 2am we messaged John and went outside to see all lights were on and we couldn't see the person. At 3:30am we banged the ceiling and the person seemed to move to a different room and proceeded to start the washing machine? the noise stopped at 5am. We had zero sleep and asked John to compensate for that night. He did not You can decide if this is something that is acceptable or unacceptable for yourself.

    Stopover in London was to see our daughter who is doing a term of study in Birmingham. She joined us for an overnight stay. Our host was amazingly accommodating. He responded to our emails immediately. He accommodated an early drop off of luggage and an early entry into the apartment. The location was good. A easy walk to many major attractions. The apartment was well equipped. The one observation I have, is that it is a bit dark and at although clean, appears dingy. A fresh coat of white paint would do wonders. Thanks for an enjoyable stay just the same.
