Loved our stay! Very close to Main Street, hot tub was wonderful. Susan was easy to contact for anything we needed. Would book again!

I don’t usually leave reviews. However, this property and the hosts were perfect! I felt compelled. The inside is cozy and well put together. Very comfortable after a day in the snow. The hot tub is very spacious and has a great view of the mountains and snow! There’s a short walk to free transportation. A bus that takes you around Breckinridge. The walk to the bus is very peaceful. It’s short and scenic! The location is perfect if you’re hitting the slopes or just enjoying the town. Both hosts were excellent communicators. Our stay was amazing and that’s in large party to booking this property! Ideal stay for couples!

Was a great stay for our anniversary. Bed was great and place was cozy. Hot tub was just outside the door. I recommend staying here. Free shuttle to downtown was a short walk and quick to get you to downtown.

Great spot for a quiet night in Breckenridge. The hot tub was a nice feature to have after a rough day of skiing. Overall, a cozy spot -- just the right distance away from the village. Susan was very responsive and helpful. Thanks again!

This was a beautiful spot and so close to town. We loved it!

The place is perfect. You literally have everything you need. Bed is comfortable. Couch and bench is as well. No streaming TV just DVDs but who needs TV when you have a hot tub outside the door.

My husband and I had a wonderful time here. It’s very quiet, and very close to town; a very short drive, and/or nice walk. It was incredibly clean and cozy, and the hot tub was a great option after hiking and adventures.

Bus System is very handy. Hiked across the road from the Condo. Very easy access to hiking. Lots to do in town.

This was a perfect summer getaway! The apartment was exactly as described and very comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked and has everything you need. We stay in a lot of VRBO’s and have never had a super clean, hot-tub that was actually hot. This hot tub was like getting a gentle hot hug! Water was pristine and the temperature was perfect. This home is very close to town and all of the amazing restaurants Breckenridge has to offer. A short four minute drive will bring you to the gondola that flies you up to the mountain. The most perfect romantic stay!

Very clean and cozy. We liked that it was in a quiet part of town with a bike trail literally right outside the door. It was a perfect size for a couple. The outdoor area was beautiful with a hot tub that felt amazing after a bike ride. It’s not fancy but had everything we needed.

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay here. The location is great, the property is beautiful, and the unit was in excellent condition. The unit is comfortable for two people and a short getaway from the big city!

The property was clean, hot tub excellent. However, we booked a four night stay and there were only two towels. I contacted the owner and was told there were extra towels in a closet. The extra towels were musty. There was supposed to be a washer and dryer. When i asked about it the owner said she would give me the code to the main house which she never did. The online picture of the outside of the property makes it appear it is isolated but it isn't. The property is in a crowded development.

This condo is well-equipped and very nicely decorated; taking some decor ideas for my own home. Heat is provided by a mobile space heater, but it performed well. The unit is conveniently located to Breck and Frisco. The condo is in a very quiet neighborhood, but it is in a residential neighborhood; otherwise, we had a very nice stay.

The host was very helpful and made sure we had everything we needed and answered questions in a timely manner. The host provided recommendations for restaurants and attractions in the area. The private hot tub was perfect, especially for days after snowboarding and hiking. The apartment was a few minutes from downtown but was very peaceful. We would love to stay here again when we are back in the area.

The property was great and very clean, and great location. Only complaint we have is the bed is very uncomfortable if you’re a side sleeper.

My two days in Breckenridge were extremely comfortable. The condo was perfectly located. I was close enough to hiking trailheads, downtown fun, and the gondola. The home was well appointed, extremely clean, quiet, and the bed was very comfortable. I definitely enjoyed the use of the hot tub each evening. Thank you for sharing your home with me.

This little place is such a find in Breckenridge! Super easy drive (or bus ride) into town, sweet little neighborhood. Sue is incredibly helpful, responsive and friendly. Comfy bed and living space, clean kitchen. The hot tub was heaven after a day of skiing and snowboarding! Perfect, quiet location-- would 100% recommend to anyone!

This property was the most beautiful place to stay at! It wasn’t too far from town and was pretty peaceful. The hot tub was perfect to go in after a long day of being on the slopes and overall would definitely recommend to couples!

Great amenities. Very clean. A short drive to Breckenridge shopping, great restaurants, and a fully stocked grocery minutes away. Susan (owner) was exceptionally accessible and accommodating! She contacted us before our arrival, and promptly answered our questions after we arrived too. We came the first weekend in October and missed a lot of the aspen leaf changes but it’s hard to judge exact times with nature. The only negative we had was a rather obstructed view of the mountains by other homes. Quiet, comfy retreat for a couple needing time away together.

Beautiful landscape with good nighttime lighting. It’s an easy commute to Main St and downtown. The rental has plenty of room and is very comfortable. The rental is well stocked with everything one would need for cooking and sleeping. We didn’t use the hot tub but there is one available.
