The Space:

This fabulous two-bedroom apartment offers a large balcony and open plan kitchen, diner, living room.

The bespoke midnight blue kitchen with brushed-gold effect finishes and is topped with an industrial chandelier which lights up the antique mirror splashback and marble quart marble effect worktop.

The kitchen has everything you need to cook and serve meals.



Beyond the kitchen is the dining area with a large mango wood table which can extend to seat 8 people.

Into the living area, you’ll find two large and comfortable sofas to sit and relax after a day of sightseeing around York. There is a 55” Smart TV mounted on the wall that gives you access to log in and watch Netflix, Amazon, Prime and other on-demand channels.



The living area has a picture frame window with views of the Minster and a sliding doorway that leads out onto the spacious balcony, with seating for 4 people.



Bedroom one has the advantage of a sliding door that opens out to access the balcony. With king-size bed (that can be split into two singles on request) made up with hotel quality linen and towels and industrial-style hanging space.



Next door is the bespoke fitted bathroom, with quarts effect tiles, rainfall shower and large sink unit adorned with a large mirror and toilet.



Bedroom two features New York style windows and also has a king-size bed that can be split into two singles on request. Hotel, quality linen and towels.



This newly built apartment has all the mod-cons including under flooring heating, dishwasher and washer dryer etc.

As you enter the apartment there is a small lobby area with coat hanging facilities.



There is also the opportunity to book the apartment next door to increase your number of guests to 8.



The Kitchen diner in the Botanical suite gives you the space to entertain for 8. While next door the Palm suite can sleep an extra 4 guests with an additional balcony, bathroom and small kitchen.

You won't be disappointed by the location of this apartment. Located in the centre of York just off Bootham. One of the finest approaches to the city and just a 200 meter walk to Bootham Bar, Exhibition square and just a short distance further into the city centre, shops and walks by the river.

Being in the centre of York there is no need for a car, and we are a 15-minute walk from York Train Station. However, if you are travelling to us by car we now have an allocated parking space you can use for free during your stay.
