Stayed Mar 19, 2025This apartment is lovely. The building is rather new and it appears this area of Philadelphia is being rehabbed. There were restaurants within walking distance and it's is located near I-95 for easy access to travel to and from Wells Fargo Arena.

Stayed Jul 27, 2024Brand new apartment in new building. Very nice! The kitchen is still sparsely equipped. Needs room darkening blinds because the front rooms get the morning exposure. Bring earplugs. An I-95 interchange runs right next to apartment, and there's drag racing in the middle of the night was a problem.

Stayed Jun 21, 2024Excellent location a 10 minute walk from restuarants, cafes, & bars in Fishtown. Apartment was very clean and well kept in a new building. Kevin our host responded immediately to any questions or concerns I had. Would easily recommend this listing.
