We did our best ensure you can lay back and relax in a new equipped and luxuriously decorated apartment Hyperion. Every detail was carefully selected, quality crafted and designed according to the highest standard. The beautifully landscaped garden with a marble masonry grill and the swimming pool are for exclusive private use only for the guests of the apartment.
Not only this stunning estate offers impeccably designed inner space spread across the entire ground floor of the urban villa,but you are also provided with entirely private, carefully landscaped exterior which includes: private terrace for relaxing with a stunning sea view, additional terrace for dining, fully equipped marble wood grill, large formal garden (217 square meters) which opens up from the kitchen and living room which surrounds the entire apartment all the way to the to the sunny backyard with private pool. Next to the pool is a shower with a hot water and a specious sundeck. The sundeck and the pool are ideally positioned – sunny all day until the sunset.
