A luxury three bedroom front line golf apartment situated on the Los Arqueros Golf and Country Club, only 10 minutes from Puerto Banus and 20 minutes from Marbella. The complex enjoys a large swimming pool and children's' paddling pool, with golf, tennis, paddle tennis, squash, sauna, gymnasium, playground, bar and restaurant only 5 minutes away at the country club. The apartment has been furnished to a very high standard and includes an extensive south facing (30 metre square) sun terrace with teak furniture, central heating/air conditioning,video/DVD, FREE WI FI, INTERNET SKY SATELLITE, safe, underground parking, elevator, all kitchen appliances and luxury hydro-massage shower.


Location: The apartment is very conveniently situated a few kilometres up the main road to Ronda from the coast. It is one of the largest apartments in the Las Jacarandas complex and is located on the first floor (of 3) in a front line golf position with views of the golf course and surrounding hills. The apartment enjoys a large communal swimming pool (situated right behind) and childrens' pool and a few minutes away at the club are golf, tennis, paddle tennis, squash, sauna and gym facilities, together with an excellent bar and restaurant with great views to the coast. San Pedro is the nearest town with a local supermarket, and Puerto Banus has a huge hypermarket 'El Corte Ingles' where you can buy anything you desire!

Attractions: San Pedro, a quiet Spanish resort, is the nearest beach and shopping centre. Puerto Banus is just a few more minutes away (about 10) with its numerous bars, restaurants, marina, beaches and sophisticated night life. Marbella itself is about 20 minutes away and you can take a slow drive through the mountains to Ronda in about an hour. Some of the best restaurants along the Costa are in Benahavis (a gourmet town), which is situated in the neighbouring hills and is a picturesque 25 minutes from Los Arqueros. The historical cities of Seville, Granada and Cordoba are all within a few hours drive.

Getting there: The apartment is very conveniently located about 40 minutes from Malaga airport off the main Ronda road. It is an easy drive along the new 'autopista del sol' (for a small toll) and then a very short climb into the hills above Marbella. A secure underground car park, with remote garage entrance is provided. A car is essential, unless, of course, you just want to soak up the sun!

    We had an excellent week at the condo @ Los Arqueros Estates - Las Jacarandas building. The unit is spacious, tidy & very comfortable for 4 adults (although sleeps 6). If you enjoy antique furniture, this is your place. Our favourite aspect of the space is the outdoor terrace which includes three seating areas, lounging chairs, eating area, & coffee table section. We enjoyed breakfast, coffee & beverages on the terrace daily. For plant lover the terrace includes a good selection of mini palms(?) & flowering plants. A very short walk from the unit is a large & very well kept community swimming pool. We loved our daily visits to the pool & seating area. Also, the owner of the unit was highly responsive to all our questions & requests.

    We have just returned from this property. Having originally booked for April 2020 we had to reschedule 3 times due to Covid and travel restrictions and each time was no hassle at all - Stuart was so easy to deal with. The property itself is beautiful. There is so much space there were four of us and we would have easily had space for another two. Three large bedrooms, two bathrooms and a huge amount of space to live in. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you would need and the outside space was fab. Even in April we were able to sit outside at night - the terrace is south facing so had the sun until quite late and remained warm afterwards. We loved our stay here and will definitely book here again next time we come back to Spain!

    This is our second January stay in this wonderful apartment, this time for 3 weeks. It is as good as ever - spacious, well equipped, quiet and well located. We have been regular visitors to Los Arqueros over the years. We think it is the best complex in the area and it would be hard to find a better apartment. We greatly value the south-facing, triple balcony. We shall return!

    Our third visit to this apartment, each one being between 8-12weeks long. Stuart as always was fantastic at sorting any issues that occur and offering sound advice. The apartment has everything that you could possible need. The location is great although a car is a necessity in order to get around. The whole complex is very secure with underground parking. However care needs to be taken whilst manoeuvring around the car park as some turns are quite tight. Thankfully we didn’t have a huge car. There are 2 pools on your doorstep which are never crowded. I’m not sure if the pools are heated, certainly the water is beautifully refreshing when it’s hot but if there is a cool breeze it can feel a tad chilly!!! The grounds are immaculately kept. We had trips to Sevilla, Granada, Cadiz and loads of other more local places, so plenty to do. There are plenty of good restaurants around but you do need transport to access them. One word of warning, when it rains in southern Spain it can be torrential so don’t be surprised if there is localised flooding. Although we barely saw a cloud on this holiday.

    My family and myself had a great 16 night stay at this property in July 2019. The apartment is very spacious so lots of room for everyone. The balcony is vast and great to sit out day and evening. The pool is a 30 second walk from the apartment which was great and never totally crowded, never had a problem getting beds. Stuart was excellent and communicated well and quickly. We will definately be going back.

    We love it here and it’s now like our second home. Great spacious apartment with good sized pools and immaculate grounds. Lots of great places close by, we ate at the golf club again which is lovely sat outside with views of Gibraltar and the sea. La heredia just up the hill has a great Dutch bakers & coffee shop with a bar next door, Italian restaurant and butchers in beautiful surroundings. Also recommend Benahavis which has some great restaurants. Looking forward to our return in November. Thanks again Stuart and Julia

    Our second visit to this wonderful apartment and it certainly didn’t disappoint. Stuart is a brilliant host who is always very attentive and reply’s to, and sorts any questions out extremely promptly. Again the apartment was spotless and supports all the mod cons and more. It has the most amazing terrace which has the sun most of the day and if it happens to be windy is a great spot to sunbathe. The apartment itself is beautifully cool and on the odd occasion we used the a/c it was tremendously efficient. The complex is beautifully maintained and never seemed to get too busy even in the school holidays. The swimming pool is amazing with plenty of loungers and a refreshing temperature. Serious lengths can be swum. Secure underground parking is great although some of the corners are a little tight if you have a big car, so cautious manoeuvring is required. The golf club, which is about a fifteen minute walk away is a great place for a drink or have a meal and has wonderful views. There are plenty of great places to visit for the day like Gibraltar, Tarifa, Rhonda and Migas and we spent a couple of days in both Granada and Seville which were about 2 hours away. We joined a gym in San Pedro which is a 10 min drive away and was very reasonably priced with a variety of classes and we also enrolled for Spanish lessons in the town. We discovered a walking club last time we were here called The Field Club which is based in Fuengirola and rejoined that. We also found some lovely walks locally around Benahavís which is a sweet little traditional Spanish looking town. I would thoroughly recommend staying in this apartment, and although it was just the two of us we had a few guests come and go. It sleeps 6 and it’s great to have the two bathrooms. As I said we ve stayed before and have already booked in for our next visit!

    We stayed in this apartment 17th to 24th March 2019. Really nice flat with everything we needed. The outside space with 3 seperate balconies for dining, seating and sunbathing was ideal. Too chilly to use the pool which was a pity because it looked great Booking process was very easy and great service from the owner's agent Julie. Would definitely recommend the property
