Luxury apartment 200 meters from St. Peter's basilica, in the heart of Rome

Location excellent. Close to Vatican and Restaurants. Needs a bit of an up grade. Could not get the wifi to work. Overall was perfect for the time we spent in Rome.

Location is hard to beat and that was my number one priority. Cleanliness could be improved! My comforter was dirty and kinda ruined a bit the experience. Overall I didn’t this to be my memory of the trip so I only take one star for overall poonts

Great location, but neighbors next door were so loud as yelling at each other! The coffee maker was a joke and only one bed was comfortable. Bathroom and shower very moldy. We froze the first 10 days into our 31 nights there. We requests for an additional blanket went nowhere. Apartment is very cheaply decorated! Not up to American standards! I would not recommend this apartment.

Grocery store nearby and withing a 5 minute walk of the Vatican. Bus right there. Spacious and modern.

Quiet little apartment close to the Vatican and walking distance to Rome. Our train was late and the manager still waited late at night to let us in. Thank you.

We loved the location. It was in an area where locals lived so it was quiet and out of the way yet within walking distance to everything. We walked everywhere and loved it. Lots of good restaurants close by. The apartment was comfortable and clean and roomy. Only complaint is shower doors didn’t work very well. Would definitely stay here again.

Place was cozy and well decorated. Super close to the Vatican and several restaurants. Neighborhood felt safe to walk at night.I like that we had a washer. Good place to stay.

In a quiet residential area which was a plus but we had to take a taxi to many places. The property itself is in need of some TLC. The door handle to the front door falls off, the shower needs some serious work and it seems as though the owners do not invest in any sort of upkeep. The mattresses are severely worn in and the couch in the living room was not only extremely uncomfortable but it was filthy. It’s a shame because with minimal effort/improvements, this place could be quite nice.

The management was great and very professional. We had no issues with check-in, instructions, and they even accommodated an earlier check-in. The unit itself isn’t reflected accurately in the photos. All the appliances worked, had no issues with water pressure or security, but the apartment needs maintenance and new, clean covers, better pillows, and appliances. The comforters had yellow stains, the pillows smelled and were very old. The electric water kettle was dirty inside. The shower had mold and the neighbors are very loud at night. We did not sleep well during our stay. I messaged the host at 1AM to inform him of the neighbors but there is nothing he can do and that is not his fault but something to keep in mind if you are staying here. The location itself is great. The building is secure, with good food options nearby. It is not a “party spot”, which we preferred.

The apartment was a good size for what we needed. The location was great. It was very handy St Peter’s Square and there were several restaurants and cafes within walking distance and a couple of shops nearby for groceries. The only negative was that the apartment had not been cleaned prior to our arrival but Federico, who met us at the apartment, was in contact with the cleaners right away. We had to vacate for an hour but when we came back the apartment was very clean. We would stay there again.

This unit was adequate with minimal to no amenities. Starting with the bathroom. There were just two towel sets for two people for 3 nights/4days. The bathroom shower had heavy mold along the shower floor perimeter, and ceiling also looks moldy. Insufficient soap or shampoo. No shower gel. Light over the sink does not work. In the bedrooms, one tv remote would not change channels-possible dead batteries. Second bedroom had no working television (no cable, remote will not even turn the tv on). Hand sanitizer in entryway completely empty. WiFi system will not support use of streaming on the one working TV in main room. It will also not support 2 cell phones sending photos. Power strip is fraying. Air conditioner did not have a remote to enable use in either the main room or bedroom. The kitchen did not even have 2 wine glasses. It was inadequately supplied. The refrigerator struggles to chill food. Overall, the unit is clean and mostly functional, but very tired looking. There are scuff marks all over the walls. A fresh coat of paint would really make a difference. A welcome basket of local information would also have been appreciated (local restaurants, ATMS, public transport info, suggested activities).

Location is perfect, the size of the condo is amazing and the manager super nice. That being said, the property needs maintenance. Many things were broken (lamp, door knobs, shower doors, bed in one of the room) , there's mold in the bathroom and paint is really du. We still enjoyed our stay but if you are picky not the best place to stay.

Contact and organisation was perfect, nice appartment exactly as shown on the website, clean and warm. Very close to San Pietro and close to the historical centre. Lovely place to stay, highly recommendable.
