I loved the decor and location. Perfect for 1-2 people within walking distance of everything. Quiet but conveniently located. I met some relatives of the owner who were delightful.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The apartment was well-designed and everything was in excellent condition. It was wonderful how walkable everything was. The beach was a little more crowded than I'd hoped, but we managed to find a good spot.

We stayed for a long weekend. The apartment was close to the beach, about a 10 minute walk to Funland and the restaurants on Rehobeth Ave and Wilmington Ave. Perfect location. The apartment itself was spotless and had new furniture, appliances, tv, etc. Would highly recommend.

The rental property was a perfect stay for my mother and me during Mother’s Day weekend. It was just right - clean, comfortable, and equipped with all the basic amenities one would need. The location couldn’t have been better - just the right distance from the beach and a short walk to all the local shops and restaurants. I would highly recommend this place and hope to stay here again during a future family visit. Thank you for sharing this gem with us!

I was delighted with the accomendations as it had everything we needed. It was a perfect location as it was in a quiet neighborhood and just Two blocks from the beach. Location from state parks was close by with options to explore. Hope to stay there next year.

Unit has been recently updated. Clean and comfortable with nice upstairs deck. Easy walk to the boardwalk and great shops and restaurants.

This rental was perfect for 2 friends. Easy stroll to the beach, never moved the car once we arrived. Joseph the property manager was great, he answered all of our questions in a timely manner and was very helpful

So enjoyed our stay at the fresh and clean condo on New Castle! The location was convenient to everything and parking was never an issue. Joseph was super helpful and responsive.

I took my first trip to Rehoboth this past weekend and I am so glad we were able to find this property and work with Joseph the property manager. It's perfectly located between beach and boardwalk. The host was always willing to accommodate our requests and answer our questions. It's newly renovated and I was impressed by all the amenities it already provided. Right down to a steamer for your summer linen clothes! I think the space is best for a couple or maybe 3rd person. Maybe not so kid friendly, a 4th adult was pushing it but we made it work. Property provides parking pass for street parking and it was pretty seamless to find a spot right across the street from the home. It sits right behind another home so you have to be mindful of the neighbor (who was very polite and kind, and helped us find the trash bins). I could go on and on but I hope this property gets the use it deserves because we enjoyed it very much! -Sandra
