This LUXURY and spacious family home has 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms and features a suite that has been incorporated into the house which makes it an ideal location for multiple families to enjoy their privacy. The home is steps away from Nicklaus North Golf Course & Green Lake as well as close to the famous Scandinave Spa & more. It is a only a 5 minute drive away from the center of Whistler Village and access to the ski lifts! Guests can also take the bus by walking to a conveniently located bus stop (only a 2 min walk from the home).

The suite has a bedroom, bathroom, kitchenette, and family room with a TV. This provides a perfect place to tuck the kids away for a video games tournament or a movie night while the adults socialize downstairs in the main living area.

THE SPACE
As you enter through the front door, the cathedral-height ceilings, enormous fireplace, and open floor plan with a living room, kitchen, and dining area will blow you away. You will find yourself in a true family ski chalet with all the comforts of home. Enter through the private garage and store all your skis or bikes and equipment safely inside. Laundry facilities and a ski boot and glove dryer are provided for our guest`s utmost comfort. The main level also has a bathroom, laundry room and bedroom.

The SPACIOUS living room has ample seating and a big screen TV with cable and Netflix (must sign into your own accounts) provided. The large gas fireplace gives a warm and cozy setting to snuggle up with a hot cup of cocoa after a long day on the hill. The kitchen is fully equipped for all of your cooking and baking needs! It is perfect for entertaining a large group for dinner. The gorgeous dining room has seating for up to 8 guests. Coffee (Regular drip coffee) and an assortment of teas will be provided during your stay.

Off of the dining room and kitchen areas, you will find sliding glass doors that open onto a private patio and backyard with a beautiful 8-person HOT TUB to enjoy after a long day on the slopes. Enjoy a warm soak in the alpine views with the mountains and golf course so close by. In the Summer, or for those of you who like to BBQ in the winter, there is a Gas BBQ on the patio to create yummy meals. Play a game of bocce ball, badminton, spike ball or whatever game your family loves to do together in the Summertime in the spacious backyard!

Ski and Bike storage for 8 guests at this house is no problem. Use the large parking garage or the mudroom to make sure your gear is safe and secure.

BEDROOMS
The main level bedroom has 2 twin-sized beds and a TV.
The upper level has a bedroom with a queen bed, a second bedroom with a queen bed and the primary suite with a king-sized bed, balcony, TV and ensuite.
The attached additional suite has a double day bed, a kids hang out room with TV as well as a Bedroom with a double bed.

PARKING
FREE parking for up to 2 vehicles in the driveway and space to store your skiing equipment is provided in the garage. Please note: The garage shutter doors are currently not operational and cannot be used for parking. However, guests may still use the garage for gear storage by accessing it through the side door.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Guests will access from their own front, secure and private entrance using a door code system. Guests can enjoy access to the entire home, including the patio with the private 8-person hot tub.

The neighborhood of `Nick North` is a mere 5-minute drive from the center of Whistler village. Nicklaus North is among the most prestigious neighborhoods in Whistler offering high-end accommodation. This neighborhood is QUIET with many FAMILIES in the area.

This home is located within walking distance of the world-renowned Nicklaus North Golf Course and Table Nineteen Eatery which was voted Whistler`s best patio!

For the easiest mode of transportation, guests should have a vehicle. You can park up to 2 vehicles in the driveway.

If guests do not have a vehicle with them during their stay, the Whistler bus system is very easy to use and the closest bus stop is only a 5-minute walk away from the .

OTHER DETAILS TO NOTE

For stays of 14 days or more, one mandatory mid-stay clean will be scheduled and charged at the same rate as the check-out cleaning fee.

The garage shutter doors are currently not operational and cannot be used for parking. However, guests may still use the garage for gear storage by accessing it through the side door.

Please note that we have installed a front door security camera on the doorbell (facing outside of the home). There is also one above the garage door.

If your party is found to have more than 8 people staying overnight in the unit, you will be fined the entirety of your security deposit ($1500.00 CAD).

There is a noise monitoring device plugged into an outlet at this property. This device records decibel levels ONLY, it does not have any other recording capability. The device is called a `Noiseaware`. It is plugged into a populated area (for example: in the main living room). Please do not unplug this device.

The owner does have a pet and while this is not a unit that will have a pet continuously in it, if you have moderate to severe allergies of dogs, this unit is likely not for you. Please note that the unit is professionally cleaned between each stay, but pet dander can linger. Thank you.

This entire property is NON SMOKING.

We provide a complimentary starter set of basic toiletries & coffee/tea. Guests will need to purchase or bring their own if they need more than what`s supplied.

If amenities like the pool, hot tub, sauna, or ski-in/ski-out access aren`t available during your stay due to circumstances beyond our control (such as but not limited to repair, maintenance and weather conditions), we cannot be held responsible.

    The house is nice but during one of the evenings we kept getting warnings via text and email to keep quiet. I went outside to see how loud it was and you couldn’t hear a thing. We didn’t end up getting a noise fee but vrbo’s registration fee is a hidden cost and bulls**t.
