Furthermore, the living room features a 65 TV equipped with a home theater system, so you can enjoy your favorite series or movies with the best sound and image quality.

Therefore, smoking inside the apartment and organizing parties or gatherings are strictly prohibited. Failure to comply with this policy will result in a $500 fee to cover the costs of cleaning and restoring the space.

Pool and barbecue area: Our building features a pool and a barbecue area for the enjoyment of our guests. However, due to high demand and limited capacity, it is necessary to request availability in advance.
