Located on the ground floor with its own front patio and private entrance, this 88 m² / 946 ft² apartment offers both space and comfort — perfect for families, groups of friends, executives, or digital nomads looking for a stylish stay in Cali.



Inside, three spacious bedrooms are outfitted with hotel-quality European King beds and noise-reducing windows, a rarity in Colombia. One bedroom includes a private ensuite bathroom, while the other two share a full bathroom. Two of the bedrooms also feature desks and chairs, making it easy to work comfortably from home.



The living room is large and inviting, with a 55 SmartTV, while each bedroom has its own 43 SmartTV — all ready for your favorite streaming apps. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals, plus essentials like salt, pepper, and cooking oil. Bathrooms come stocked with fresh towels, floor mats, and a starter kit of shampoo, conditioner, body soap, and toilet paper.



Connectivity & comfort

The building does not have on-site parking. We recommend not leaving vehicles unattended on the street. Instead, you’ll find several safe, paid parking lots within a 3-block radius, and we’ll happily guide you to the best options.



Safety & access

Access is secured through a coded entry door, and all common areas are monitored with surveillance cameras. A nighttime doorman also circulates the property for added peace of mind.



Guest Access:

Once you rent it the whole place is yours.

You're welcome to have guests over as long as maximum occupancy is not exceeded (6 persons). We need IDs of any guest who spends the night. If they are just visiting then not needed. :D



The Neighborhood:

The Centenario neighborhood makes an ideal location for anyone looking to explore Cali.

Within walking distance you will find just about anything you need, including bakeries, restaurants, bars, supermarkets, pharmacies, and some of the main attractions like the River Boulevard, Plaza Caicedo and San Antonio .



Centenario Shopping center is only half a block away with coffee shops, ATMs, food court, cinema and lots of shops.



Reaching the prime entertainment districts of either Granada or El Peñon is also an easy walk or if raining just a few minutes in taxi. Chipichape Mall, a favorite among many, is just 10 minutes away by taxi.



Finally, as the cherry on top, one of the city’s best restaurants, Platillos Voladores, is only one black away.



Getting Around:

I suggest walking wherever possible. Enjoy the warm, eternal summer climate. Get to know the city. Explore!

If you're going further, then there are more than 20.000 taxis in Cali and they are very affordable. Minimum fare starts at 7.000 pesos. Uber, Cabify, Beat, WayCali and Didi are other similar services. Busses are plentiful but then to get very crowded.



Other Things to Note:

Registration :

According to Colombian law, a photo ID must be presented for each person staying at the property. To complete this registration, we send a link where you can upload all the information mentioned above. A signed rental contract is also required before entering. You can complete it through the same link that is sent as soon as the reservation is confirmed.



Medical tourists :

Please inform If you are getting any medical procedure done while staying at our property. Damages to bedsheets and towels will be charged.

Airport pick-ups :

Let us know if you need help with airport transportation. We work with several top rated drivers and would be happy to arrange. They will wait for you, help with luggage and allow for one 15-minute stop on the way to a supermarket, ATM, etc. They know the exact location of the property making sure you won’t get lost.



Factura electrónica :

We provide a legal electronic invoice for the amount paid in Colombian pesos. This invoice complies with all local regulations, making it suitable for deducting your stay as a business expense.



Interruption in utilities⚠️:

This is the tropics and utilities such as electricity, water supply, and internet can experience interruptions from time to time. These potential situations are completely out of our control and are not cause for any refund. Luckily the building has a back-up water tank for emergencies.
