Three bedrooms, three bathrooms, luxury duplex penthouse apartment within a stones throw of El Portet beach. The beach and the Mediterranean ocean are but a few steps away and the main town of Moraira is a leisurely ten minute walk where fabulous restaurants and bars can be found.



The duplex is located on the second floor of the apartment block which houses six apartments. The main floor consists of two bedrooms (one air-conditioned double with en-suite, one twin ), family bathroom, kitchen and living room. The living room has a glass curtain affording magnificent views of the beach and El Portet bay. The kitchen is well equipped with all modern appliances and there is seating in the lounge and at the dining table for six. The apartment is supplied with WiFi along with Satellite TV showing English Freeview channels (including BBC, ITV, Channel 4 etc).



A spiral staircase leads from the main floor to the air-conditioned master bedroom suite (kingsize bed and en-suite bathroom) and the expansive private roof terrace. There is dining seating for ten on the roof terrace and lounge seating for at least six. The terrace is partially shaded with a sail-shade and there is also a large automatic awning which can cover the lounge seating area if required. The terrace also has a separate kitchen area with a sink, fridge and a tumble drier. There is also a large gas BBQ to cater for al fresco dining. Spectacular views of the bay can be had while enjoying a sundowner from your own private vantage point.



The whole apartment has electric underfloor heating if required during winter months.



There is private parking for one car and opposite the apartment is a well stocked delicatessen that can provide most of your grocery needs and which bakes fresh bread on a daily basis. It also has a well stocked liquor section if required. El Portet beach itself has several famous local restaurants including Le Dauphin and the Restaurante El Portet which is renowned for its excellent seafood paella.

    Having the glass sliding doors open in the living room gives you a magnificent view over a beautiful bay. The beach is very nice with clear water and a relaxed atmosphere. There’s a great bar/restaurant at the seafront. Perfect place for a breakfast or drinks at night. The upstairs terrace also has the amazing view, but in high summer is too hot to spend any time during the day. Having a little supermarket across the street is pleasant. You will love your stay Sea Esta! The management is also very responsive and pleasant The stairs to the upper floor is a bit narrow and steep, but you get used to it. For bringing food up and down it is inconvenient, but you can also eat in the living room with the sliding doors open it is like being outside (and we did not have any bugs or flies at all, which was an added bonus)

    Our second stay in this beautiful apartment in a super location didn't disappoint. The view together with the closeness to the beach are second to none. Throughly enjoyed our time here and would recommend.

    The apartment suited our family of four (including 2 teenagers) very well, plenty of space and it had everything that we needed. The view of the bay was fantastic, we spent hours just watching the boats and people. Close enough to the sea to just pop in for a dip when needed, some good bars on the beach for an afternoon drink, thanks to HMR Holidays for a great property, prompt communication and excellent service.

    Everything was amazing .Facilities everything provided beach chairs made my holiday ! Bat and Ball made the kids holiday but most importantly that view is stunning

    Location was spectacular. Magnificent view over El Portet beach. The added upstairs entertainment area was an absolute bonus and well-used. The only downside was that only two of the bedrooms were air conditioned. Difficult for sleeping on a hot night. Have to say the location more than made up for the downside

    The apartment matched our expectations from the pictures on the web. Perfect location and views. Well equipped and clean. For the price and number of potential occupants, we would expect a more suitably sized welcome pack and some basic condiments in the cupboards. Tea bags, Coffee Pods, Milk, Sugar, Salt/Pepper, 6 pack beers, plus sufficient dishwasher tabs, toilet roll and washing machine powder for the duration booked. This would cost relatively little (even put the price up to pay for it if you want) and I'm sure be most welcome, creating an excellent first impression, allowing the occupants to relax after their travels on arrival and not to have to shoot off to the shops. We already discussed the TV Satellite peculiarities, which after your remedial visit, I learned how to re-tune the satellite dish every morning and not to turn the TV off when going out. Maybe you should show clients how to do the re-tuning process using the unusual handset that comes with the system. It's not a big issue, once you know what to do, each day.

    Fantastic apartment in an amazing location, just steps from the beach in El Portet. We had an amazing week here. The apartment has everything you could need and Iain and Leonie were fabulous hosts, full of tips and super responsive. We couldn’t have asked for any more - would thoroughly recommend and would love to go back
