Stayed Jun 15, 2026They send the check in instructions to you before arrival. Take sometime to familiarize yourself with them because upon arrival, Philadelphia is busy and it can be hard to fumble over where to park and how to unload and get situated. The store front to the taylor shop is the front door to the apartment building. Pull up past the shop and unload in the 20 minute maximum space and then I suggest parking a 20 minute walk away through an energizing part of the city, in a public garage, to save money and the hassle of metered or valet parking. There are grocery stores within walking distance to get items to cook with - don’t forget oil and butter!Communication with the host was consistent and good. The WiFi in their check in instructions didn’t work for us, but when I contacted them, they cleared up the issue for me.Philly is a beautiful place to experience culture but it has hardened some over the years. The apartment was clean considering you are in the middle of downtown where everything feels a little dirty to me. The floors and sitting area had some wear, but overall the apartment was clean and sheets and beds were great! Rittenhouse is a beautiful area of the city and has a lovely park about a block away. We walked to the Liberty Bell, Reading Market for yummy food, shopped at Trader Joe’s for dinner, hung out in Love Park, and took an evening Lyft to the Rocky Statue, all in one day’s stay (well two nights). Overall, it was a great experience!

Stayed Feb 27, 2026Overall, good stay. Great location. However the blinds were torn to shreds and hard to open and close, and the wifi was not accessible. The host was generally responsive but not about the wifi. Lovely home but these would've helped. Thank you.
