Hacienda del sol is a luxury gated complex in the heart of the exclusive Marbella and Estepona districts. Located next door to the 5* Grand Plaza hotel and 5* Marriott Resorts, it is set in beautifully manicured gardens with 24 hour security.

Within the complex there are shared outdoor swimming pools and children's pool. You will also find other luxuries such as Jacuzzi, sauna and fully functional gym with cardio and free-weight equipment at your disposal. The complex also has two tennis courts on site.

The apartment itself is on the ground floor therefore great for children of all ages and people with restricted mobility. It has a spacious terrace overlooking one of the six swimming pools and gardens. It comes with secure underground parking for one car, with direct lift access from the car park to the front door of the apartment.

Internally the apartment is decorated to a very high standard with all the mod cons that you would expect for a luxurious holiday home. It is air conditioned but also has a log fire as well as central heating for cooler evenings. The kitchen is fully equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge-freezer and dishwasher. There is also a separate utility area with a washer/dryer.

The apartment has two generously sized bedrooms and two bathrooms, the master bedroom being en-suite. Both bedrooms have fitted wardrobes, the master bedroom has one double-bed and the second bedroom two single beds. Both bathrooms have a bath with shower, toilet, bidet and washbasin. The en-suite also has a large walk-in shower.

There is a spacious dining area with seating for up to six, leading though to living area with sofa and armchair and then through doors to the patio. The sofa can also convert to a bed to sleep two additional people. The living area has a TV with DVD/CD player.

The apartment is 5 minutes walk from the beach which has secure play area for children and its own beach bars and restaurants. The area is well regarded as a families' and golfers' paradise. You are only a few minutes away from the supermarkets, shops and golf courses; and local attractions such as Puerto Banus and Marbella Old Town are just a few minutes drive down the road.

    Location of complex excellent to visit many tourist attractions within a1 to 2 hr drive. Condo great for a week stay for golfers or beach vacations. We are seniors who like to read after a day of tourist siteseeing. Lighting poor in condo. Condo lacking side tables near chair to place a drink while reading or relaxing. Room could be improved with an additional armchair or comfy chair.

    Very clean and confortable flat. Near Banus, Marbella and Estepona. Full of palms, plants and swimming pools. Uncomfortable beach, full of stones with steps.

    The representation on the Internet does not always correspond to the truth. Same here. But while with other properties the pictures are often more beautiful than reality, with this offer it is exactly the other way around: the pictures and the description cannot express how enchanting this apartment and the entire holiday complex is. You arrive here and feel at home. Every detail is right, every little thing has been thought of, from the tasteful furnishings to the necessary everyday items. Everything is very clean and well maintained. The location of the garage next to the elevator, which stops right next to the apartment door, is very pleasant. If you want to leave the complex without a car, it's just a short, level walk to the gate. This is a big advantage, especially for guests with walking difficulties (like me). The fitness studio with jacuzzi and the pool complete the offer. (However, the pool is not yet open in April, but that was clear to us beforehand and not so important.) Another plus point is the well-kept, park-like garden; the view from the terrace of this splendor is balm for the soul. Shops and restaurants are within walking distance, as is the beach. Overall a great offer, everything fits. We were here for the second time and really enjoyed our stay. If we go on vacation to Andalusia again, we would love to come back!

    Very well located apartment - just 5 / 10 minutes drive from our favourite haunts around San Pedro area. Were met upon arrival so check in was very smooth. Apartment had all the mod cons which all worked as well as on site gym and large swimming pool which was one of the cleanest I have swum in in this area. Being on the ground floor made the apartment very accessible. Communication with the host was excellent. Would highly recommend

    Spent 10 days in Nick's apartment and felt right at home. The apartment was clean, well furnished with good amenities. The community is pretty, very well laid out and taken care of. The beach was literally a 5 min walk from the property. An Aldi grocery store is right around the corner from the community. A bus stop to Puerto Banus and Marbella was only a 10 min walk as well as a stop in the direction of Estepona an additional 3 mins walk. Communication with Nick was so easy and he was extremely responsive. Will certainly stay again.
