Luxury 1-Bedroom Retreat Near Sports Arenas for 4 people

Good location for what we needed. Used the gym and the pool. Easy check in and the apartment was stocked with what we needed.

Overall everything was good and went well, location was good for our needs perfect for what we wanted, used pool and hot tub quite a few times, laundry was very good

The apartment itself was great. It was clean and had everything we needed. Parking was close. The host was responsive. I would stay here again if I didn’t want to use the pool. I was told 4 days before our trip that the pool was closed for repairs. About 2 days before our trip I was told the pool would be open in 1-2 days. The pool was green and dirty for the entirety of our stay and there were ducks swimming in it. Hopefully if you stay here you have better luck with that. I don’t know if that’s the norm or if we just had bad timing.

We had a few minor plumbing issues we noted day 1 and Carol had them taken care of immediately. We enjoyed the unit we stayed in.

The property was clean and homey, with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect-close to everything, yet still very quiet. The hosts were very responsive. Wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

I’ve returned to this rental several times. It is consistently clean, convenient, and easy to spend time in. Knowing I can expect comfort and cleanliness keeps me coming back.

Everything was great. Had a minor issue at check in but was solved as quick as possibly could have. Communication with host was excellent. Would recommend the property.

This was the second time I’ve stayed here. It continues to be clean, comfortable, and convenient. I felt like I was coming home again because I knew what to expect and my expectations were met!

dog barking next door was very loud non stop ,no iron in apt ,ac worked very good ,place was clean inside ,owners communicate very well ,rather pay the extra money for a nice hotel next time personally

This is a wonderful condo to stay in while attending spring training games around Glendale and Peoria. Lots of places to eat and shop close by too.The bed was very comfortable and the unit was super clean!

We came for spring training baseball, and this place was in a great location, central to everywhere we went. It was quiet and clean, a simple one bed one bath but with nice extras like a fireplace and patio. The reserved parking spot was a big bonus..

We came for a karting race and this was close to the track. The property is clean and well kept. The apt was great! We had comfortable beds and everything we could have needed. Our host were amazing! Communication was great and the checking process was easy.
