THIS APARTMENT HAS BEEN NEWLY REFURBISHED TO HIGH STANDARD.

The apartment is located in the Marina de Albufeira just 15 minute walk from the beach, on the outskirts of Albufeira Old Town often referred to as one of Albufeira´s best kept secrets.

Quiet and peaceful, the apartment has easy access to all amenities, including the local market for bargain hunting, and many excellent restaurants for eating out and bars also.

The apartment benefits from its own private pool, with a shallow end perfect for the children.

Leading from the living room is a spacious balcony with stunning marina and sea views, furnished with a table and chairs to enable you to dine al fresco. With one double bedroom and one double sofabed, the apartment is ideal for families, with plenty in the surrounding area to see and do during your stay.

LOUNGE

Lounge,with 1 ample sofa bed which converts to one double bed for extra sleeping, dining table and 4 chairs, flat screen LCD television, air conditioning unit for cooling and heating, 2 windows over looking the pool and the marina,patio doors to balcony.

KITCHEN

The kitchen is fully equipped with bosch appliances dishwasher, hob, fan assisted oven, washing machine, fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, iron and ironing board, saucepans and cooking utensils, fully fitted units and window overlooking swimming pool and marina.

SLEEPING

The sleeping arrangements provided are 1 bedroom with 1 queen bed, sofa bed in the lounge for 2 extra sleeps.

ENTERTAINMENT

The entertainment consists of a HD flat screen LCD television which receives several english TV channels a DVD player and CD player, Internet Access WiFi (free).

BATHROOM

The bathroom has bath with overhead shower, wc, bidet, sink and under sink storage cabinet, shaving/hairdryer sockets, marble counter tops, large wall mirror. All bath towels are provided but we do not provide beach towels.

BEDROOM

The bedroom has 1 queen bed, fitted floor to ceiling wardrobes, chest of drawers with mirror over, bedside tables with lamps, full length mirror, air conditioning unit for cooling and heating, electric shutter for window which overlooks the swimming pool and the marina, patio doors to balcony, security safe.

BALCONY

4 chairs, 1 table and clothes airer.

POOL

Changing room and bathrooms near the pool, sunbeds along the pool for whoever wants to use, and also sun umbrellas to keep out of the sun, and give you some sun protection with shade.

PRIVATE PARKING

Private place marked in the underground garage for one car.

PROPERTY ACCESS

There are lifts in the apartment building.

SECURITY

24 Hour security service in the building such as all floors, garage and pool area for your safety (security included in rental).

Tourist TAX - We hereby inform you that the Albufeira City Council is charging the Municipal Tourist Tax of €2/Sleep, per night per stay up to a maximum of 7 nights for guests aged 13 and over. The Municipal Tourist Tax is due upon check-in in a single instalment and the Municipality of Albufeira will issue the invoice respectively. (The Tourist TAX is NOT included in the booking).

    The condo is in a great location with walking distance to Old and New Town. If you are not a walker there are plenty of tuk-tuks and taxi's ready to take you. It is also, a short walk to the cliffs.The condo complex and apartment was very clean and secure. The apartment is spacious and the decor is nice. My only negative is that the walls are thin and sounds carry easily between units.I would suggest that instructions for the appliances, particularly the laundry machine be available. I could not figure out what the symbols on the washing machine meant.The host was always available and answered my questions very promptly.

    Rented for 4 weeks. The unit is comfortable but not luxury. Needs more attention to detail. clothes hangers, kitchen utensils, cooking pots and pans. Manuals or instructions for appliances would be most helpful. Maintenance needed for lighting, toilet seat and bathroom tap. Mold was present in the shower which the owner addressed.Living room seating is a convertible bed and its size is uncomfortable for sitting. Adding seating and a coffee table would be beneficial. The location is good but can be noisy at times. Overall it was ok and clean with linen and towels changed weekly

    This neighborhood is so fun. Lots of restaurants and shops on the block. It is a short pleasant walk to the old town. Host was great, showed us how everything worked. Having a guaranteed parking spot is invaluable. Thanks for the lovely stay.
