Stayed Oct 17, 2025The condo is located in a gentrifying location of Columbia. The unit is clean, but the mattress is not comfortable and squeaks every time you move. For 350 a night I would not stay here again, but we were in a crunch to find a place.

Stayed Nov 26, 2024The property is very nice looking but it is a bad neighborhood. Also when you first walk in looks very nice but I had few issues I was very unhappy. Dirty towels, dirty dishes supposedly washed and the bathtub was clogged. The worse part I found roaches walking around the room table and the closet

Stayed Aug 1, 2024Our stay was very good. Excellent communication and instructions. The AC worked awesome, beds comfortable. I was happy to have the alarm system as the area was not in the fanciest part of Columbia (though we didn’t feel unsafe). Overall a great value on a weekend moving our daughter to USC.
