Enjoy resort-style waterfront living in our beautifully furnished 1-bedroom, 1-bath condo, located in the front-row building directly facing the Intracoastal.

Situated on the ground floor, the condo offers direct access to the main pool and whirlpool. Step outside onto the private patio, enjoy the ocean breeze, and reach the pool area within just a few steps.

This condo is our personal home, not a typical vacation rental, and we have equipped it accordingly with comfort, quality, and attention to detail. The interior features high-end European-style furniture and premium brands including Samsung, Sonos, Dyson, and more.

The bedroom features a comfortable King-size bed. The living room also has a sleeper sofa, perfect if you have a guest staying over occasionally. Please note that there is NO TV in the bedroom; the TV is located in the living room only.

Planning a workation or longer stay The condo includes a private office with a real office chair, widescreen monitor, keyboard, mouse, high-speed internet, and more — everything you need for a comfortable remote-work setup. Also there is an office in the Building.
