We welcome you to our holiday home situated frontline golf in Elviria Hills, Marbella, 5 minutes drive to the beach, supermarkets, bars and restaurants with high speed internet and Smart TV.



The flat is built on one floor and consists of 2 bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen, 2 bathrooms and a spacious terrace of 20 m2.



The living/dining room is divided into 3 rooms, room number one is the living room furnished with a chaise-longue sofa, a coffee table and an articulated Smart TV; room number two is the dining room with a table for 4 people and the third room is the perfect place to relax or have a glass of wine in the two armchairs and the low table that has been provided for this purpose. Connected to the living room is a room designed as a work area with a desk and armchair.



The kitchen is fully furnished with the best appliances, fridge, oven, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, etc. and equipped with all the necessary utensils for the guest's daily life, crockery, cutlery, glassware and kitchenware.



The two bedrooms have been designed with great attention to detail for the wellbeing of our guests. Both rooms have double beds, bedside tables, lamps and shelves for suitcases, as well as spacious built-in wardrobes. The master bedroom is en suite with walk-in shower and rain shower, double washbasin and amenities. The second bathroom has been designed with a walk-in shower and double sinks.



The spacious terrace overlooking the garden has its own chill out lounge and outdoor dining area. The flat has air conditioning, heating, WIFI and a parking space.



For your safety, the property complies with all the legal regulations. It has a smoke detector, a fire extinguisher and a first-aid kit.



We provide bed linen and bath towels, so you don't have to worry about anything and just enjoy your holiday.



In the urbanisation you can enjoy the two communal swimming pools (opening hours may vary depending on season, subject to variation of availability), the indoor golf course with driving range and a community centre with gym, sauna, massage room, and tennis court, this last one has an additional charge and you can opt for a daily, weekly or monthly ticket.



Also in the urbanisation is the restaurant El Lago. At lunch time it is a normal restaurant and in the evening it becomes a Michelin star restaurant.

    The apartment was very pleasant. Spacious, clean and generally well equipped. The main disappointment was the lack of a barbecue. I suppose that is difficult with apartments as smoke can go into other apartments but obviously that is one of the pleasures of. A summer holiday that we could not enjoy. Overall good but a lot. Of money for what it was.
