Great neighborhood, very cute apartment. Good value for the money.

Condo was amazing. Far exceeded my expectations. Very well appointed. Fantastic. I couldnt imagine it being any nicer & well thought out & delivered a great experience at a reasonable rate.

I reached out to the Host on two occasions and did not receive a response at all. One was to request a possible extended day and the other was inquiring on a pool on premises as advertised, no response. I received initial message upon renting and responded with no communication at all. Terrible when trying to plan a trip. Premises had a filthy rug in living area and bathroom required attention with cleanliness. Would not stay again.

Absolutely recommend this gorgeous and extremely clean condo! Loved all of the little extras they thought about to make sure guests felt at home and comfortable! Great location, definitely will stay here next time we’re visiting Tampa!

Nice and quiet

Stay was nice. Good location. Walked easy to Berns Steakhouse, which was our main objective of the visit. The listing doesn't mention the stairs to enter the house. They weren't fun to carry luggage up. Also pool is listed as an amenity and we never saw a pool. Was disappointed as we brought bathing suits, towels, and sunblock to enjoy.

Just enjoyed a week stay here. We loved it quite honestly. It is in a great location for exploring the area. We also drove over to Lakeland for a Tigers game. 45-50 minute drive, very reasonable. We loved exploring Tampa, Clearwater and St Petersburg. Bonus, the restaurants nearby are walkable and wonderful. So as others mentioned, it is an 18 step climb to this unit. Not a problem for us, but something to consider if that would be a problem. Very quiet and and this place was truly a comfort to return to and relax. Has an ample supply of appliances, but no conventional stove. Didnt need one but if you do, just advising. Keurig, small toaster oven for bagels etc, nice fridge and large microwave. Shower was one of the best, better then mine at home. Details about what is in the condo on the website ad. We didn't get a chance to use the pool, it is a few minutes to walk over there. If a pool is important to you, have a conversation with the Crystal, the host. We saw the pool, but never made it. Maybe next time. Looked like the hotel by the pool sells drinks. But we didnt use the service, more of an informational statement. We had no problem finding it or accessing the condo. The host and website are detailed and for parking. The size, a common area, bath and bedroom, is good for two, more then that with adults would be croweded imo. 1-2 Kids not so much an issue. Plenty of closet and drawers for clothes. I would definitely rent again if we return.

It was a good location, and the bed was nice. It is up a set of stairs that we either missed in the description or wasn’t mentioned. It was hard to bring suit cases up, the plates were dirty with crumbs on them? So I would feel bad for anyone staying longer and needed

The pros - great location, quiet unit, good communication from host initially. Cons - unfortunately some hygiene issues upon arrival which impacted my experience. Sent the host a private message after check out, never heard back.

The space wss perfect for my husband and I

Nice clean, quiet place to stay for 2 which is all we needed. Would've been nice to have a couple of extra bath towels over a 4 day stay, but we managed. Will definitely consider staying here again.

This place was extremely clean and an excellent location if you are visiting the iconic Berns steakhouse.

Great experince, the proerty management person was extrwmly helpful. Also, the owner happen to be onsite and also helped. Had an amaxi g expericnce and highly reccomend this place to any couple who wants easy access to everything iN South Tampa

This was our first overnight getaway since becoming parents and we couldn’t have been happier with our stay. It was clean, had everything we needed, and was walking distance to Bern’s.

This place was perfect fit four our stay on Tampa. Great location in a walkable entertainment district. The property was very nicely appointed and cozy. Also a great value as well. Communication with Crystal was super easy and responsive. I definitely would stay there again and recommend it for others.
