Luxurious Beachfront Apartment at Peninsula Resort 3Bed/3Bath.

Overall we were pleased with the property. Just found we were a bit secluded, lots of taxi riding to go for supper and groceries.

Condo was great location very comfortable and clean. Super relaxing and pool and beach very close. Will definitely go back

From booking to check out, a great stay. Our property manager, Sergio was very quick to respond to our initial request to book and everything else we asked him. The condo was exactly as described, a spacious 3 bedroom, 3 bath and very clean. Everything you needed for your family stay was provided, from kitchen utensils to beach towels it was all there. The condo is on the ground floor so there is no ocean view but the convenience of not having to wait for the elevator made up for the view. You could step out the patio door and be on the beach in less than a minute. The staff at the reception desk was very helpful. It was a short taxi ride to the store where we could pick up food and drink. We were able to cook everything we wanted with what was provided in the condo. Thanks very much to Sergio and the Peninsula staff for a wonderful trip.

The condo was well appointed, very spacious and comfortable and the property was very well maintained. The condo was on the ground floor but it was quiet and private and we actually enjoyed the convenience of the ground floor location. Sergio was friendly and responded promptly to our messages. The pool is very large and if you're a swimmer, you can enjoy doing laps. The water was perfect temperature this time of the year and there are heated mini pools on either side. There is a restaurant that serves breakfast and lunch/snacks for a reasonable price. Things that could improve the experience: 1) more than one key for the condo; however, you can leave the key with reception. 2) An instruction book with information about the condo, code for the beach gate, Netflix, etc. We stumbled upon the Netflix account on our third day. The reception staff, particularly Syara, were very helpful and accommodating. I'd highly recommend this condo.

It’s all about people and the people at the Peninsula were great. Our unit was clean and nicely appointed. The unit was a first (0) floor unit that was most convenient to the front desk and taxis...not to mention the pool. The beach and pool were outstanding. There is a small restaurant open for lunch-food and drinks were very good and inexpensive. Only two things didn’t get this property a 5 rating: only one key to the unit; they were more than happy to hold it at the front desk for us. There wasn’t a directions sheet to explain how to use the: heating and cooling; cable TV system; the appliances; and what we might be responsible for. Sergio was very helpful and responded quickly when we called or texted him. Very good value on Nuevo Vallarta Flamingos for a three bdrm, three bathroom unit.

The property was absolutely stunning. The pool was one of the nicest anywhere. The beach was well appointed with grass umbrellas and nice lounge chairs. I have been to Vallarta many times and this is a place I would come back to. Nuevo is away from the hussle and bustle of downtown but I enjoyed the slower pace. There are several nice restaurants just down the street and a local market Tuesday at Paradise Plaza down the street. I especially like buying fresh mahi mahi “dorado” to cook on my own. Unbelievable sunsets just about every night...weather was perfect...We always felt safe...great security gated. We definitely will be back. Sergio promptly responded to any request requests we made...very impressed!! Brian Canada

The apartment is very comfortable, swimming pool with two separate areas for children is very convenient. Beach is great and not crowded.
