LUXURIOUS APARTMENT WITH WIFI PRIVATE SUNNY TERRACE & JACUZZI IN THE CITY CENTER

First of all the apartment it is as beautiful or more than the pictures show. The little Oasis that has at the terrace makes it hard to leave the apartment. It is confortable and charming. Great air conditioning for the extremely hot summer 2022. On top of that Ivan the host, is wonderful! He helped us with everything! He answered every question within the hour and was always happy to help and make the best recommendations about the city tours and restaurants. He was so nice he even booked a great restaurant for us one night we couldn’t contact the restaurant. Always at hand, friendly and ready to help you with anything you need during your stay. It was hard for us to leave our little home in Valencia, the fresh croissants at the corner, and the amazing restaurants surrounding the building. We wish we can come back soon. Thank you Ivan!

This property has been refurbished with love and care. It was as described but still above and beyond our expectations. The architectural elements and reflective surfaces made a beautiful, calm, living space and the garden area was the topping on the cake. It is in the heart of a bustling city and therefore you must expect normal city sounds but noise was not an issue as the apartment is in a quiet urban area. 10-20 minutes walk to most of Valencia's sights or a couple of minutes in a taxi from any corner (which is very cheap). Restaurants, bars, coffee shops and grocery shops are all around you. We had a restorative break here - even during a heatwave! I highly recommend this apartment.

On arrival at the apartment we were met by Ivan , who informed us of the many things needing repaired in the flat, the most disappointing of all being the jacuzzi, which was supposed to be repaired by the Wednesday, but this never happened, neither were we contacted with any explanation. This being a major selling point for the apartment, made the stay much less than we expected. The list of items broken or in disrepair include lights not working, wine cooler, TV in room had no Ariel , nor could it move as the bracket was broken, dripping taps, rusty sinks and a bath that had no enamel on the base, thus making it uncomfortable to sit in, water in shower was difficult to control and we had to endure a few cold showers. The tiles in the shower were falling off and were covered with a plastic cover, making it very uncomfortable to stand in. Difficult to find the worst of all the faults, but the blind missing in the bathroom, which stopped the neighbors looking from above was also missing, I prefer not to have an audience whilst I'm on the pan. Our first day of arrival I could not find an iron and on contacting Ivan he informed that the last guests had lost it, but he would get me one for Thursday, as we arrived on Monday, I informed him that this was not acceptable and he brought an iron the following day. At his arrival at the flat I informed Ivan of the numerous faults, all of which he blamed on previous guests, again I put it to him that this was not our fault and the standard should be much higher, especially as the apartment was described as Luxurious . Ivan also informed that he would return later for the iron, but I had to insist that it be left for the duration of our stay, to which he agreed. The flooring on the outside area was not particularly stable and was a trip hazard. When I pointed the faults out to Ivan , he stated that, you could find faults if looking for them, but I informed him the faults were so numerous they were finding me. Poor attitude from an owner of a potentially beautiful apartment, and he appeared to want sympathy for missing lunch to bring us an iron, I also missed lunch, as I had no clothes ironed to go out. Overall a thoroughly disappointing stay, due to the state of the apartment, but Valencia is a beautiful city, well worth the visit. I do feel we should be entitled to some sort of refund, as the photos of the apartment is not representative of the actual place. Website needs to update before advertising.

This is an amazing apartment. We have stayed in many cities. Finding a good place to stay is crucial. This one is perfect. It's beautiful, with excellent outside space - so rare in a city. The rooms are very good, and facilities perfect. What makes this all so special is that it is in an ideal place to wander Valencia. We walked or cycled everywhere. Valencia is a great city, and this is the perfect base to see it from.

Really great apartment equipped with everything you need including a brilliant terraced area perfect for those warm nights to play cards and relax! The landlord is great and HUGELY accommodating, willing to do anything to help! If you want a great holiday then go for it' you won't regret it!

Ivan! Thank you for the wonderful apartment and all the care you took over our stay! The terrace, which was what attracted us to the apartment, was wonderful, everything we'd hoped for and a great outdoor space to chill out in the afternoon and eat in the evening. What we were not expecting, but were delighted to find, was that the rest of the apartment was so well appointed - lovely open plan living room wit wonderful sofa and a library of books, DVDs and CDs - modern kitchen with plenty of equipment, much more than the basics and really useful stuff to have in a city where there is so much good food in the markets! The Master bedroom offered an unexpected en-suite, a lovely touch to compliment what is a very generous and well-provided bathroom, complete with roll-top bath, plenty of towels and a hairdryer. The apartment is situated within easy walk of the Turia River Gardens and the Oceanagraphic, whilst a walk in the other directions through the Gardens takes you to BioPark, both well worth a visit. To get in to the old town you have a 20 minute stroll through pleasant streets strewn with Cafes and other diversions. Our regular trips to the impressive market were made all the sweeter for having somewhere to cook and relax when we got back. All in all a wonderful stay in a wonderful city and in no small means made so by the apartment, and the time and care taken by Ivan. We'll be back!!

We had rented an other apartment but there was a problem so the owner arranged for us this apartment for the same price. Only 2 streets a way and very luxurious. We were not only very pleased with this upgrade but also with the help and kindness of the owner. Surely i would recommend this property to a friend.

Just spent Easter week in this lovely apartment. Between the outdoor BBQ and the huge range of restaurants nearby, we kept ourselves well fed. Perfectly located for touring the city. We walked everywhere. We were four people and were more then comfortable. Would highly recommend the place.

Nice authentic details inside, lots of space, en the terrace is really comfortable. The location is also very nice, right between the beach en the city center in a good area with lots of bars and restaurants.

Superb location, surrounded by good restaurants and a stone's throw from the Turia gardens; lovely flat with fantastic terrace and nice extra touches like the zen garden. Kitchen crockery could do with a little improvement, but overall a great place to enjoy a superb city.
