This luxurious and spacious apartment of 110 m² is located in the apartment complex 'Sabater'. The apartment has a spacious living room, a luxury open kitchen, two bedrooms and two bathrooms (one en suite). The apartment has central air conditioning and there is a secured private parking space. There is a beautiful private terrace with views of the boulevard and the beach of Altea. You can also enjoy the beautiful communal garden with swimming pool and Jacuzzi.

The apartment is within walking distance of the shopping street and the boulevard, with many shops, terraces, restaurants and cafes. Water shoes are recommended for the pebble beach and the sea.

Note

There is reception on arrival and contact before departure. During your stay there is always a permanent contact person available for support, who speaks English, Spanish and Dutch.

In the apartment there is an information folder with useful addresses and telephone numbers, information about Altea and surroundings. There are several golf courses in and around Altea. In Altea La Vella there is a beautiful 9-hole golf course (18 holes) 'Altea Club de Golf Don Cayo'. There are also several golf courses near Benidorm and Alicante.

Guests arriving at El Altet, Alicante Airport, can choose for transport by taxi or bus to Altea. It is also possible to arrange private transportation (on request). For guests arriving on Sunday, we offer the service to provide the necessary groceries for the first need. This is of course on request, the groceries will be billed to you afterwards.

    The apartment located just off the main seafront is a two minute walk to the promenade with its bars and restaurants and five minutes to the main shopping area and town centre, supermarket and bakery a two minute walk. The secure apartment was modern and very clean, airy, comfortable, well equipped with secure and underground reserved parking. Towels, toiletries, beach attire, TV, DVDs, WiFi, books and a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom all added to the holiday. The swimming pool, walk in shower and bubble bath were a welcome reward after days spent rock climbing and mountain walking. The owner provided water, wine, fruit and snacks which were a welcome treat on our arrival. The owner made sure that we could contact him if needed during our stay and then left us to ur own devices. We would highly recommend this property to anyone of any age planning a holiday in Altea. We would not hesitate to stay at this apartment again.

    Not long returned from a fantastic stay in Altea in Etienne's fabulous apartment. This two-bedroomed, two bath-roomed flat on the fourth floor had fantastic views out across the bay towards Calpe and down the Altea seafront. We had a late flight in so arrived at the flat around 11pm. We were met by two of Etienne's lovely friends who showed us the flat. Unexpectedly they had been to the shop for us and stocked up on breakfast goodies. They told us as the shops were shut on Sunday they wanted to be sure we would have something in to eat for breakfast. We appreciated the gesture and the complementary fruit and wine. The pictures of the flat really don't do it justice. It was spacious, cool, with a great balcony space, some interesting artworks on the wall, free wifi, a great sound system and English language tv as well as European TV. We had a great holiday there. The flat is in a great location a few minutes from the sea promenade and 15 or so minutes uphill to the spectacular old town. We loved it here, loved the welcome we received and loved the flat. I wholeheartedly recommend it.
