Luxurious and sanitized Studio, original adobe walls, wood floor, real sanctuary

very attractive and comfortable studio, close to art scene but in a quiet neighborhood

Perfect spot. Old town Santa Fe is a 10 minute walk. The room was quiet and I felt perfectly safe staying there. I would definitely stay there again

A very comfortable property, although a little dark inside. Parking is problematic! Fortunately, our vehicle is not large. Turning around on the dead end street could be a challenge for a larger vehicle.

The space was perfect for one or two people. Nice and clean and quiet. There is limited parking onsite, but I had no problem finding a space on the street. The host was responsive to some minor issues that were more user-error than anything.

Very Santa Fe and close to downtown, quiet. The studio was perfect for one! Parking was fine once you figured it out. The pillows were worn and too hard, I prefer more comfy. The snow fell while I was there, it was beautiful and quiet and warm.

Our stay was nice, the casita had everything we needed for a short stay. Parking is an issue and you do have to park about a block or so away from the house which was only an issue when you are packing/unpacking.

Host was very responsive. Unit was clean, quiet with wonderful amenities.

Clean, cozy and quiet. Within walking distance to Santa Fe Plaza, but we chose to drive because it was a hot day. The bed was comfortable, everything worked properly, good coffee provided. I gave the check in process four stars because it is a little confusing, finding parking and then accessing the property. We were glad the host was there to help us. She also recommended some great places to eat. Overall, we very much enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.

Walking to plaza, railyard, canyon art walk. Many fantastic restaurants. Great neighborhood with security. We were able to park inside the security gate which is an available option if the other property rental is not occupied. Highly recommend staying here!

I loved the amazing feeling of feeling like I was in a sanctuary while being a very quick walk to downtown. I stayed for 4 days without a car, and walked everywhere needed. The location was perfect for this. I loved how quiet the location was. I was able to meet Veronica and she is very kind, generous, and accommodating. this is also how I learned about the history of the property (with the roots intact and also modernized), and her background. Everything in the space has been given very intentional thought for a special experience. It's also rooted enough to feel like a home away from home. I will definitely stay again when I return to the enchanted land! Thank you, Veronica, for such a special place to be part of my experiences in Santa Fe!

This home was immaculate, walking distance to downtown , dinner , and stores. Our host greeted us at check in and gave fantastic restaurant suggestions. We will definitely be back and highly recommend this home and host!

Our stay at West Guadalupe was wonderful! The studio was clean and comfortable. It had a private little courtyard and was stocked with all necessary amenities. The location was so close to everything - less than 5 minutes by car! The host, Veronica, was very kind and helpful. She responded quickly to our messages and gave great tips for the area. We would definitely stay here again!

While this unit was listed as being close to downtown, it actually is about 15 minutes walk away. The unit was nice, but the main gate didn't work and key directions were not clear or in one place. That's an easy fix, but it made our stay more difficult that something were in a book, and other information required us to go into an online site for basic information.

Lovely stay, perfect space!

Hi! The host actually switched me to another property due to their guests wanting an extra night. The new property exceeded my expectations! We could walk to the plaza, had a huge place, I only wish I could have spent more time there!

The studio was clean and close to the Santa Fe Plaza, and easy to get to from the freeway. As others have mentioned parking can bea and. But e we are it.

This is a quiet, adorable, homey and beautifully decorated studio with beautiful touches, a lovely little patio, super peaceful surroundings and all the amenities you could need. The location couldn’t be better and it was the perfect spot for my husband and I. Host was so kind and responsive when we had an issue with the door lock and it was fixed and taken care of in the blink of an eye. Would absolutely stay again!

Excellent location…very short walk to Santa Fe Plaza…clean and charming interior with lovely exterior private garden. And very comfortable mattress for a great night’s sleep!!!! Also great communication from owner!
