To ensure the comfort of our guests and compliance with this policy, this apartment is equipped with NoiseAware decibel detectors. NoiseAware is 100% Airbnb privacy compliant and cannot differentiate sounds - If you have any questions, please let us know.

1) We ask that you carefully review our rooftop and common area rules: A) The rooftop and other amenities are limited to Hyatus guests in your party and at most 2 outside visitors unless granted explicit prior approval B) Rooftop hours are strictly enforced and are from 8 AM to 11 PM C) While guests are welcome to enjoy the rooftop and amenities, guests cannot host events for outside visitors or any event with more than four people. Building rules are strictly enforced by on-site staff.

2) Smoking of any kind is not allowed, including on balconies and in shared spaces. Smoking violations are subject to a $500 fine plus the cost to clean, deodorize, and repair damages. Our building is monitored with tobacco and smoke detectors.

7) Guests that exceed the number stated in the reservation are not allowed without a special exception. Please reach out to a team member for more information.

8) Pets are usually not allowed. If you plan to bring your pet, an exception to our pet policy must be granted by a Hyatus team member. We encourage guests with service animals to contact us before their stay. Violation of our pet policy may result in a fine.

9) Guests are responsible for covering the cost to replace lost keys, key cards, fobs, or parking passes.

10) Guests take full responsibility for damages, injury, or loss that occur on the premises and its facilities. Guests must report any property damage to customer service.

11) Booking a reservation constitutes an agreement to comply with the House Rules. Guests who violate these rules are liable for any associated damages, fees, costs, or expenses.

12) Guests can cancel free of charge within 48 hours of booking if the check-in date is at least 14 days away. You’ll be charged 50% of the booking price (minus the service fee) if you cancel more than seven days before arrival, and no refunds for cancellations made within 7 days of check-in.

    Great apartment in a nice building and the location is nice.Host was great and extremely responsive when we had issues.Downside is parking, we had to park our second car in a lot around the corner and it was double parked when we tried to get our car and we could not get it out. The host was very responsive to this and offered an uber reimbursement to go where we needed.

    My teenage kids and a lifelong friend and I stayed in this beautiful apartment while gathering for my father's Memorial service at St Thomas More chapel at Yale. The location was perfect, walking distance to the church as well as to Wooster street for pizza. The building is modern and beautiful and the apartment was comfortable and impeccably decorated and spotless. The property manager was so helpful and kind, responding immediately by text. Thank you!

    In the last six weeks we have stayed in this property to go to various appointments at Yale Medical. It was within walking distance of most facilities. You will need to drive to restaurants and groceries but free garage parking included.We would book again!

    Had an amazing time staying here! The place was cozy, clean, and had everything we needed. The location is perfect, close to everything but still quiet and peaceful. Honestly, it felt like a home rather than an apartment hotel. Host was super nice and responsive, made everything easy. Highly recommend, will definitely stay again!
