The Space:
pacious 80 sq meter apartment in the most exclusive district of Jerusalem, just a 1-minute walk from the most beautifulhotels, restaurants, and the renowned shopping center 'Mamila.'

The apartment features:

Fully equipped American kitchen with a refrigerator, cooker, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle, complete dishes, pan, and oven.
Cozy living room with a comfortable sofa bed and an additional third bedroom created by a glass partition and curtain, providing a total of three bedrooms.
Two bedrooms with large, comfortable King-size beds (2 meters).
Two bathrooms with spacious walk-in showers, each equipped with a toilet. There is no bathtub in the bathrooms.
The sofa in the living room opens to accommodate two more people, making it a total of eight sleeping spaces.
The building offers 24/7 security, elevators, and underground parking.
A Sukkah is built in the building during Sukkot, providing a unique cultural touch.
Note: The third bedroom in the living room is separated by a glass partition and curtain, offering privacy. The bathrooms are generously sized with walk-in showers but no bathtub. The sofa in the living room can be converted to sleep two additional guests, making a total of eight sleeping spaces.

Guest Access:
The apartment is entirely up to you for the duration of your stay and a parking space at level -2 free and at your disposal for the rental car that you will have.

    The apartment was very poorly maintained. Paint peeling in the bathroom, walls spackled but not painted, wires comming out of the heating/ac vents and square patch cut out of the ceiling. Lastly the photos that were shown were not the apartment we got and after doing further digging it was because the one we had had very poor reviews. Dishonesty at its finest!!

    We did not have hot water for 3 days. The host kept telling us we were not doing it correctly until he finally sent somebody out and fixed the problem.The host did not respond to our emails sometimes for 24 hours. And sometimes not at all.

    The apartment is not very well kept. It's dirty and cold. But the real problem was that we had no hot water so couldn't shower during our stay because as it was we were freezing . When we realized that we have no hot water we reached out and we were told to go down the hall to a different apartment that they manage and use the shower there and they'll come and fix our hot water in the menatime. they never came to fix our hot water and apparently the other apartment needed to have the water heat up which would have taken 45-50 minutes which we didn't have...good location though
