Luxe 2BR Master Suite Near NYC

We didn't rent an apartment. We rented a series of unfortunate events.Night one: the kitchen was a certified biohazard. Crumbs, sticky handles, soiled towels, and rotting meat in the fridge welcomed us in. An emergency cleaning crew arrived at 10 PM to address the disaster. Disposable plates and cutlery were delivered the next morning because the cabinets remained an untouchable crime scene and the dishwasher remained broken until our fourth day there.Next, the apartment moonlighted as a dispensary. The cannabis smell was inescapable, yet the host unleashed endless denial-of-reality excuses — our favorite being, the previous family had a kid as proof it couldn't exist. They eventually returned with Home Line Smoke Odor Eliminator and performed an ozone treatment the following day — basically confirming everything they'd denied.Then — because two catastrophes felt incomplete — both bathrooms ran exclusively boiling water for two of the nights. Perfect for sink ramen, catastrophic for human hygiene. We rented and paid for a 2 bed/2 bath apartment but host thought that offering us a courtesy refund of 100 to make up for absolutely no use of the bathroom sounded fair. They claim no refunds for third party amenities - INCLUDING WATER!Biohazard kitchen. Cannabis hotbox. Boiling water torture. Their heartfelt apology? 100. Three nights of disasters and the host treated our suffering like a minor inconvenience — to them.Host's turn. This'll be good.

While the property met my needs, I was in town for a funeral so I was barely there. However, upon returning home, I learned that a claim was filed for stolen towels and soiled duvet. I am livid that a “fraudulent” claim was made for items that were “definitely” not taken and a duvet that could not have possibly been soiled because it was not placed on the bed at all during my stay. So beware if you’re planning to stay here please take pictures or a video before checking out to protect yourself.

This unit was great for our needs. Very spacious and clean. The hosts were always friendly and quick to respond.

Nice clean accomadations with everything you need for your stay. Walking in to a fresh smelling apartment that was open and clean was lovely. Communication with host was excellent.When we needed something to be addressed, they were readily available and dealt with it in a timely fashion.Very much enjoyed are stay.

Nice location to stay if you plan to visit new york city. Rooms were clean and decent. Owner was very prompt in responding any query.

Everything was fantastic very clean and cozy me and my family had a wonderful time the hosts was amazing I would recommend it to friends and family thank so much guys

Check-in process was horrible we checked in 2 hours late, the apartment wasn’t clean , toilets weren’t clean, towels were bleached pink spots on bluish towels. Several problems with Air / Heat system, which was addressed but not in a timely matter. This is not a Luxe Life ! There are several items in the apartment that had to be addressed during the stay. The building was nice, but the host apartment on the fifth floor needs to be managed and maintained better,

The place was beautiful and well decorated.

Great location and hosts

Loved being above the trees but not too high up . Full corner windows made for nice light snd open feel. Management was super responsive to questions and any requests . Building was quiet and everyone we encountered was very friendly and helpful . Bed in master was comfy and we loved having control of temperature.

The hosts for this 2 BR apartment were great and exceptionally helpful as we had several technical difficulties (with the app and then the property itself). Second bedroom is small and has no window so sleeping more than 3 in this unit would be a challenge (unless someone sleeps on the couch or floor) but the rest of the unit is very spacious and comfortable! Beds were comfortable and the unit is very nicely decorated. The guest robes are a nice touch!
