Pocket Wifi, 55 Samsung Smart LED TV with Netflix access, LG ref/freezer, European brand built-in induction cooker and Blum kitchen. 2 parking slots available. WITH Sentry electronic safe. This place is quiet and very convenient.
3 bedrooms with 1 queen sized bed 60x78 and two pillows per room. 3 writing desks. 6 seater dining table.
One towel and blanket per guest.

For now All guests are required to submit :
1. Copy of COVID-19 Vaccination card at least 2 days before check-in (except kids 17 yrs old and below). If unvaccinated - Negative antigen result taken within the past 24 to 48 hours prior to move in.
2. VALID ID / PASSPORT with clear picture

Guests may be able to use building female and male steam, sauna for free, along with pool and gym depending on current Philippine government and building guidelines - advance booking through concierge required because of covid safety protocols.

High touch surfaces are cleaned using disinfecting cleaners. UVC light is used on each room after each stay.

3 proximity card/access cards are provided per stay which need to be returned to us. Additional access cards available for additional fee of Php3,350 each paid directly to the building managment ( Php 3,000 is refunded for the additional access cards after return of access card to building management). Lost cards will be charged at 3,500 each for cost of replacement and notarization fee.
