Unfortunately we forfeited 2 nights and left early as I was worried one of my children would fall from a window which had no screens or bars. There is no aircon and very simple fans (3x provided and 1x was broken), so all windows had to be opened to deal with the heat. The mould on the blinds and wardrobe was a bit much. 1 set of keys for a family staying 4x days was not ideal also. Best part - the lorikeets visiting & the view.

This apartment was very clean and the views magnificent. Exactly as described. The kitchen is new with plenty of cooking utensils etc. The bathroom, toilet and laundry are original. On the downside is the need to hire linen and negotiate 46 stairs. A major letdown was no WiFi which in this day and age is inexcusable. I felt also that the letting agents could do with some training in customer relations. Overall we enjoyed our stay. The apartment is very quiet and we hope we can return at some stage.

The only 2 things I could fault were power tripping if more than 3 things on at once (heater, jug TV) and carpet was a bit dirty. View was awesome kitchen etc new!

Sensational views, great location. The sofas are old, worn and very grubby. We bought blankets to cover. Carpet dirty and stained (although not worn so not old) General presentation is poor. Only kitchen has been upgraded to a good standard. Bathroom, laundry etc very dated and in poor condition. 3 vacuum cleaners newest which was full of disgusting liquid (vomit??)- smell lingered. A bit of money and paint spent on this unit and it would be excellent.

The unit is perfect for a beach side stay. It's location is perfect, being right on the water. The view from the balcony is breathtaking. The kitchen is new and well equipped, however the bathroom is very dated (original perhaps). New pillows in the main would be good. The beds have been replaced since the photos and the 2nd room has a double on the bottom bunk so we brought the wrong size sheet (but thankfully had a sleeping bag). Be prepared to walk a few steps to get to the unit but well worth the view. It would have been good to have been given the code for the main entry so we had to go and get a second set of keys. It was great to have a lock up garage. Thanks for having us.

The location is outstanding and peaceful. The unit has a new kitchen and has been painted out however, the pillows in main bedroom were soiled and needed replacing, the washing tub was rusted as was the foldaway clothes dryers and the fans. The lounge was very tired and a very strange collection of pictures adorned the walls. The second set of keys we requested had a faulty key that didn't allow access to foyer. We had a great time however.
