Enjoy the same comfort as at home in this unique business studio apartment! The apartment has a total of three sleeping places consisting of a double bed and a sofa bed for one person. Of course there is also a kitchen and a bathroom in the apartment. The kitchen corner offers two glass ceramic hotplates, a microwave, a Nespresso coffee machine and all the necessary kitchenutensils. In the bathroom there is a shower, hair dryer, towels, bath towels and toiletries.



Our service includes all additional costs, Wi-Fi internet, TV, monthly cleaning (from a stay longer than 45 nights) and free use of washing machines and dryers on the ground floor. Additional services and parking spaces can be rented for an additional charge.



You live centrally on the Allmend and still have a variety of leisure and recreation possibilities in the immediate vicinity. Not far from the residential building is the exhibition centre, where interesting fairs take place on a regular basis, such as the Central Switzerland adventure fair Luga. Next door there is also a sports building with indoor swimming pool, wellness facilities and fitness centre. In the same building there is also a Migros supermarket. So you have shopping facilities in the immediate vicinity. Also some restaurants are not far away.



Note: For bookings of 30 nights or more, the following additional payments apply:



- A security/damage deposit of CHF 2,000.00, which will be refunded after check-out, provided the apartment is returned in proper condition.



- A final cleaning fee of CHF 200.00.



These two payments must be made directly to HITrental after the booking has been completed, either by credit card or bank transfer. We will contact you regarding this.
