The furnished holiday apartment Schatzturm I offers you a unique feel-good experience on 31m2. A total of four sleeping places are available in the holiday apartment. In the evening you can cook in your own kitchen and eat together with your loved ones. In the kitchen corner you will find two glass ceramic hotplates, a microwave, coffee machine and all necessary kitchen utensils. In the bathroom there isa shower, toilet, hairdryer, towels, bath towels and toiletries. The apartment also has its own balcony.



Wi-Fi internet, TV, bed linen, bath towels and the use of washing machines and dryers on the ground floor are included in the price of our furnished holiday apartment. In the public parking garage next door you can use a parking space.



You live centrally on the Allmend and still have a variety of leisure and recreation possibilities in the immediate vicinity. Not far from the residential building is the exhibition centre, where interesting fairs take place on a regular basis, such as the Central Switzerland adventure fair Luga. Next door there is also a sports building with indoor swimming pool, wellness facilities and fitness centre. In the same building there is also a Migros supermarket. So you have shopping facilities in the immediate vicinity. Also some restaurants are not far away.



Note: For bookings of 30 nights or more, the following additional payments apply:



- A security/damage deposit of CHF 2,000.00, which will be refunded after check-out, provided the apartment is returned in proper condition.



- A final cleaning fee of CHF 200.00.



These two payments must be made directly to HITrental after the booking has been completed, either by credit card or bank transfer. We will contact you regarding this.
