This exclusive, beautiful and modern furnished 2.5 room apartment is equipped with one single bed, one double bed and a sofa bed. The modern kitchen is completely equipped with crockery, cutlery and pans, has two hot plates as well as a combination appliance, which can be used for baking as well as a microwave. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet, mirror cabinet, hair dryer,ironing board and iron. Bath towels and bed linen are provided. You can stay on the large terrace on beautiful summer evenings - relaxation is guaranteed here!



In the basement there are washing machines which can be used free of charge. For business or pleasure, Wi-Fi Internet and a flat screen TV are available.



You live centrally on the Allmend and still have a variety of leisure and recreation possibilities in the immediate vicinity. Not far from the residential building is the exhibition centre, where interesting fairs take place on a regular basis, such as the Central Switzerland adventure fair Luga. Next door there is also a sports building with indoor swimming pool, wellness facilities and fitness centre. In the same building there is also a Migros supermarket. So you have shopping facilities in the immediate vicinity. Also some restaurants are not far away.



Note: For bookings of 30 nights or more, the following additional payments apply:



- A security/damage deposit of CHF 2,000.00, which will be refunded after check-out, provided the apartment is returned in proper condition.



- A final cleaning fee of CHF 200.00.



These two payments must be made directly to HITrental after the booking has been completed, either by credit card or bank transfer. We will contact you regarding this.
