This beautiful holiday apartment on the Lucerne Allmend is perfect for a stay in Lucerne. The furnished apartment is equipped with a total of four beds. In the spacious living/bedroom there is a double bed, a single bed and a sofa with pull-out function. The stylish holiday apartment also has a kitchen. There you will find all the common utensils such as hotplates, microwave and coffee machine. Of course, a bathroom with shower, hair dryer, towels, bath towels and hygiene articles is also included.



Washing machines and dryers are available free of charge on the ground floor. The service also includes all utilities, Wi-Fi internet, TV, bed linen and towels. Additional services such as laundry service or additional cleaning can be claimed for an additional fee.



You live centrally on the Allmend and still have a variety of leisure and recreation possibilities in the immediate vicinity. Not far from the residential building is the exhibition centre, where interesting fairs take place on a regular basis, such as the Central Switzerland adventure fair Luga. Next door there is also a sports building with indoor swimming pool, wellness facilities and fitness centre. In the same building there is also a Migros supermarket. So you have shopping facilities in the immediate vicinity.



Note: For bookings of 30 nights or more, the following additional payments apply:



- A security/damage deposit of CHF 2,000.00, which will be refunded after check-out, provided the apartment is returned in proper condition.



- A final cleaning fee of CHF 200.00.



These two payments must be made directly to HITrental after the booking has been completed, either by credit card or bank transfer. We will contact you regarding this.
