This beautiful and modern furnished 1 room apartment Bourbaki II in Lucerne leaves nothing to be desired. The pretty holiday apartment offers sleeping places for a total of three people on 25m2. In addition to a double bed, a sofa bed is available in the studio. The furnished apartment has its own small kitchenette, which is equipped with a glass ceramic stove, microwave with baking and grill function, coffee machine and all necessary kitchen utensils. If you need refreshment, you can use the toiletries provided in the bathroom. The bathroom also has a shower, towels and hair dryer. Washing machines and dryers are available on the ground floor.



Towels, bath towels, bed linen, Wi-Fi internet and a TV are included in our service. All additional costs are already included in the price. Services such as laundry service and extra cleaning can also be booked for an additional fee.



You live centrally on the Allmend and still have a variety of leisure and recreation possibilities in the immediate vicinity. Not far from the residential building is the exhibition centre, where interesting fairs take place on a regular basis, such as the Central Switzerland adventure fair Luga. Next door there is also a sports building with indoor swimming pool, wellness facilities and fitness centre. In the same building there is also a Migros supermarket. So you have shopping facilities in the immediate vicinity. Also some restaurants are not far away. The restaurant Militärgarten at Horwerstrasse 76 or the Ristorante-Cafeteria Accademia at Zihlmattweg 20 are recommended, for example.



Note: For bookings of 30 nights or more, the following additional payments apply:





A security/damage deposit of CHF 2,000.00, which will be refunded after check-out, provided the apartment is returned in proper condition.





A final cleaning fee of CHF 200.00.
